Story
He is very shy and oftentimes afraid of strangers and dogs outside his household. I have a small dog which he likes and gets along with well. There are neighborhood cats that bully him, so he shies away from other cats. Additionally, he has never used a litter box nor do I know if he has ever before. He really likes the outdoor for a short time but always returns. He does have a damaged cornea from his previous owner who neglected him. I keep him on lysine for immune support and Neomycin ointment for his eyes. He doesn't warm up quickly to people, but after he does, he's very affectionate and loving. I've had him now for about a year and a half and have tried to care for him the best I can with medication, vet visits and vaccinations. I do love him, and he deserves the best; but I am a retired senior with health issues myself, and it's difficult for me at times to care for an extra pet. Although he's a senior cat, he displays plenty of energy. He likes chasing toys, and pounces them.
