Story
Rocky was dropped off to us as a can you foster him situation until we move he’s been with us for a year almost they basically abandoned him he’s an amazing dog sweet as pie loves to give love and receive it he is house trained he scratches the door or he will tap the knob to get your attention he is well around children! But unfortunately I live in a small home and I have 6 children in the home plus a newborn on the way in a few months not sure if he ever was given his shots before he was with us but we havent been able to afford them also he is not fixed I do have a cat we have had for a while and he is good with her and he loves other dogs that want to play I want him to have a good life with someone who can give him the attention he needs and deserves and we unfortunately don’t have the room or the time with all the kids he’s 2 years old as far as we know. Please someone give him a chance he’s a good boy!

Story
Balto has been with me since he was a puppy. Originally he was with myself, my other dog Koda, and our two cats when we lived on three acres in a fairly remote area. Now a move to a smaller space and me working longer hours has made things a bit difficult for him. While he has always been a bit "strong willed" (as expected with his breed) the move made him more so. This past November we lost Koda to old age and Balto has not been the same since. He hardly wants to go outside, is a bit more stubborn and does not want to be alone. He always was anxious and or dramatic - but these issues have been heightened since the passing of Koda. I believe another dog, or a more constant presence of a human, would be a great benefit to Balto and his mental health. Unfortunately I am not a place that I can fulfill these needs fairly. The largest concerns to me are his anxiety mixed with his large size. I believe that what is best for him is to find someone who can give him the attention he needs
