Story
Sophie is a 10 month old Alaskan Malamute, and she had a rough start to life. She came from a hoarding & breeding “farm” where she rarely had outside socialization or human interaction. Yet, once she trusts you, she opens up to be the sweetest gentle giant. She needs some work on socializing with the outside world, but so far she has done better than expected at events! Sophie is super dog friendly and would love to go to a home with another big dog to bond with! She has high prey drive so no cats or tiny dogs in the home would be best. She is completely potty trained, crate trained, and she is great in the car! Sophie is great with kids and she has a super gentle demeanor. Sophie loves to run around and play, and she is getting more confident on walks! She is very food motivated and she is very playful with toys. Even though she had a rough start to life, Sophie is really the sweetest girl. She will greet you with gentle kisses and she is very gentle. We would LOVE a malamute experienced home for her!

Story
Gray is 10 months old and she has tons of energy! She is an Alaskan Malamute who was saved from a breeding and hoarding “farm”. She never had experienced the outside world before coming to us. Because of this she needs a home that understands she may get frightened of loud noises on walks and she will take time to become confident out in public! Gray is super dog friendly and she would benefit from going to a home with another confident dog to learn from! In the home, she is super playful and sweet! She will gladly come up to you to get love and she will give you kisses. She definitely loves to run around and play with other dogs! Gray LOVES to do zoomies and she LOVES toys! She is great about sharing toys with other dogs and she will even pass her toys to them to incite play time! Gray is crate trained, potty trained, and she walks pretty well on a leash! Gray is very social with other dogs and she is more on the submissive side! Our behavioralist is working on improving her leash manners and basic commands. So far, she has done amazing and is learning quickly. Gray now knows sit, and she is getting used to being on a leash! She is currently in boarding with one of our trainers in the Orlando area but we would love to find her a malamute experienced foster or home of her own!

Story
Claire is a 3 years old Alaskan Malamute who we saved from a backyard / hoarding situation. She was used for breeding before coming to us, and because of that she can be a bit shy and cautious with new people. With even a short amount of time, and once she knows she is safe, her cute personality will start to shine. Claire can be a vocal girl who loves to woo. She loves to come up for attention and she will even gently give you her paw. She is super gentle with people, and when she is ready she will come up to you to give love. Claire does well with lower energy dogs who are not too in your face. She does well with all dogs, but she tends to run away from the super pushy in your face kind of dogs. Claire also cares more for human attention rather than play with other dogs, so we think she would do fine as a solo dog as well! Claire is even super cat friendly and she has a lower prey drive. Claire LOVES to play with toys and the crate is definitely her safe space. She needs a home with a secure 6ft fence backyard, as she loves to run around and play. Even though she loves to run, Claire can be very calm and chill when in the home. Claire does need a patient home who will give her tons of attention and be understanding that she came from a neglectful place. Even though Claire is more reserved, she has such a docile personality and with time she will seek out attention. She does well on a leash, but we are working on improving her confidence on walks. She can get spooked on walks when hearing loud noises, so she needs a home who can continue to work with her and be patient. She has been a mama multiple times, and she is coming out of her shell daily since being saved. She just needs a home who can go slow with her and take time to create a bond. Once a bond is created, Claire has a lot of love to give and she will become your little shadow.

Story
Our WILD child Malmaute Annie is looking for a STRONG breed experienced home! Annie is a 10 month old Alaskan Malamute and she is a BIG strong willed girl! Annie has ENDLESS energy and really needs an active home who will provide tons of exercise, walks, toy time, and other mental stimulation exercises! She is super dog friendly but she plays ROUGH, so she needs a dog in the home who matches her play style. Her foster has been doing a great job, and she has learned how to sit nicely for treats! She is completely potty trained, and we are working on helping her fee comfortable and relaxed when crate training. Annie is a BIG GOOFBALL! She is soooo goofy and affectionate with people! She does great in the car, she is well behaved out in public, and she is super eager to meet new people and other dogs! We saw she did really great with kids at the event and she would do well with larger kids in the home, as she sometimes does not know her size! She gets along with all dogs both big and small, so she is super social! She is a VERY sweet girl who has a lot of love to give! Once she is exercised and done with playing with toys, she can be very chill and relaxed once hanging in the home! Annie is absolutely a velcro type of Malamute. She will follow you everywhere and will become your shadow.

Story
We are looking for a very patient, understanding, and malamute experienced home for our Rosie. Rosie came from a bad past, and she has moments where she really shuts down completely when shes afraid. Loud noises spook her and she needs a home who understands she needs slow steps of socializing with the outside world. She is a 10 month old Alaskan Malamute, and before us she had little socialization with the outside world. She is not a dog you can bring everywhere with you, and she will take time to trust you. Rosie MUST go to a home with another confident dog to bond with. She is super social with other dogs, and she is great about sharing toys with others. When she is around other dogs, she is a completely different dog herself. She becomes playful with her tail up and her confidence grows tremendously. She is currently in boarding with our behavioralist, and she is working with Rosie daily, and giving her one on one time and building up her confidence without other dogs around. Rosie is crate trained, potty trained, and with a patience and trust, she will run up to you for pets and give you kisses. Rosie is fully vaccinated, spayed, on heartworm & flea preventatives, and she is microchipped for life. Rosie really just needs a PATIENT home who will take the time to continue to work with her! Rosie MUST go to a home with a fenced in backyard.
