Story
Hi! My name is Molly! I`m an Akita mix but think like a teddy bear. I came to the shelter as a stray with my friend Hershey. I came in first and didn`t do well by myself. I was sad and confused not knowing why Hershey didn`t come with. It didn`t take long though. Hershey likes to run and got away from our owner again. I was excited to see him and was back to my bouncing self. We need to go home to our new home together!Ask about us today!

Story
Born: October 21, 2023 I'm 55lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $450 Meet Bingo! This sweet and loving dog is ready to bring joy to her forever home. Bingo is wonderful with people, dogs, and kids, but she would thrive best in a cat-free environment. She’s had fun at doggy daycare and got along great with her furry friends. Bingo is a smart girl who already knows commands like “sit” and “shake” and is eager to learn more. She’s making great progress with house training and is fully crate-trained. Whether she’s playing in the snow, snuggling on the couch, or enjoying her favorite toys, Bingo’s playful and affectionate nature shines. She’s also easygoing when it comes to baths, brushing, and walks on her leash. Bingo would make an incredible addition to any family. Start your New Year off right and check “find the perfect dog” off your resolutions list by welcoming Bingo into your home! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. Story
Meet Kenai! Hey friends! My name is Kenai, and I'm am as handsome as they come! I'm a pretty special adult dog who needs someone in my life who will show me guidance and all the good things to do. I'm housetrained, but I'm not a fan of crates, but I'm not destructive if I need to be left alone. I'd really rather not be home by myself very often. I really attach myself to my person and love going everywhere with them, riding shotgun, of course! I'm good with other dogs, but since I love food so much, it's best that I'm fed by myself, but I've been working at being a good boy, and practicing not having to be in a different part of the house to eat. My style of play might be a little rough for smaller dogs, or since I think cats are really fun to chase, and shouldn't live with them, it might just be a small animal thing that I'm not a fan of. I love humans, but I don't think I should live with the little ones, as I'm a pretty strong, large 65 pound dog, and I would never want to knock them over or hurt them. I enjoy going on walks, but if I see a squirrel, walking is out of the question. Then we run! I'm normally pretty good with having slack in my leash, but sometimes I pull, and that's where a strong handler comes in. Actually, it's probably best if I have someone with husky experience. I can't be on a tie out, so I'll need to go for walks for potty breaks or have a very secured fenced-in yard. If you know huskies, you know that I'm everything great all rolled into one! I'm a talker, and needy (that classifies as great, right?), and obedient and active! I could stand to lose a few, or more, pounds to get myself to a healthy weight and make my joints happier in the long run, so I need someone who is active. We could go on hikes together, and I could help you train for that 5k you've been wanting to do! I'd love it if my new person works from home or I could go to work with them. Remember, I love humans and not fond of being left alone! I'm a really good boy, and trying to find my forever people at this point in life seems very daunting! Do you think you have what it takes to make me a happy guy for all the rest of my days? *Kenai is being fostered in the Janesville area.
