Story
Ben was born in a high kill shelter on 2/3/2021. He was a day old when we brought him home along with his 10 siblings and his mother. All that remains is Ben and his mom Lily. They have been waiting patiently. But now it is thThis is Ben and he has been with Chloe’s Pet Rescue since he was a newborn. He is now going on three years old. We aren’t sure why he hasn’t found his “furever” home. He’s such a handsome guy. We believe he is an Akita/American Pit Bull mix. Ben is very friendly when meeting new people (after a few sniffs and he’s good to go) and is good with other dogs. In fact, if it looks like another dog wants to get into a tiff, he walks away. Ben is energetic and loves to go outdoors. He’s great walking on a leash, knows come here, stop, breakfast and dinner and is crate and house trained. One of his favorite things to play with is a ball. Something he does not like is rain and thunder. Don’t go out and buy a new bed for this guy because he will chew it up, just throw a blanket down and he is very content. Ben’s adoption fee is $25, which includes his full vetting.

Story
Meet the energetic Rocket III. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a soon-to-be 2-year-old, 45-pound Akita Shepherd mix, with soft, chocolate-and-white fur and a heart-melting demeanor. Rocket was adopted from a local shelter when he was just 3 months old, and he's been living his best life ever since! Rocket is a playful, very high-energy pup who loves to zoom around the yard or an open area. He also loves to chase after squirrels which he feels is a challenge since they are faster than him. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Rocket loves playtime and is always ready for a good walk or run, but he also knows how to relax. When heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s not playing, Rocket likes to stretch out on the floor or curl up on the sofa. An ideal home for Rocket would be one with a big yard to run around in, or an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures. Rocket is crate and leash trained, and heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s currently working on learning â&#194&#128&#194&#156stayâ&#194&#128&#194&#157. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a quick learner, especially when there are treats involved! Rocket absolutely loves car rides, and a trip to the dog park is his idea of the perfect day. This lovable pup is deserving of the perfect furever home.
