Story
Meet Lainey, a 12-week-old Akita puppy who is equal parts adorable and warrior. This little fluffball has been through a lot in her short life - she was rushed to emergency care when part of her intestine slipped inside another. During the surgery, the vets had to remove a small section, but this brave girl has bounced back to being the playful pup she was meant to be! Lainey is your typical puppy - playful, curious, and full of love. She adores her toys, naps and snuggling with her favourite humans. But like all young pups, she’s still learning the ropes, so she’ll thrive with a routine, positive reinforcement and plenty of encouragement as she masters basic training, house manners, and gains confidence. Now let’s talk about Akitas – because while Lainey is undeniably adorable, Akitas are not your average beginner dog. They are incredibly loyal, intelligent, and affectionate with their families – they’re also strong-willed, independent, and naturally reserved with strangers. This means Lainey needs an experienced owner with strong leadership skills who can provide consistent training, proper socialization and set clear boundaries to help her grow into her full potential as an adult dog. Lainey is looking for a home that understands and appreciates the Akita spirit. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, beautiful puppy, and you can provide a loving home with patience, structure, and commitment – this could be the perfect match. Quick Facts  Name: Chance Age: 4 years Gender: Male Neutered: Yes Breed: White Swiss Shepherd Dog Colour: Ivory (a mix of white and light brown) Weight: 23 kg   All About MeHello there! I’m Chance, and I can’t wait to tell you a little about myself. My journey began back in 2021 when I was rescued from a shelter in Gwangju. I was found in quite a tough situation, but now I’m ready for a fresh start with a loving family!   My PersonalityI’m a gentle soul with a curious heart. At first, I might take my time warming up to new people, but if you offer me a tasty treat, I promise to come around quickly! I love food, especially a variety of snacks, though I prefer to take my time enjoying them rather than gobbling everything at once. Once I feel comfortable, I love to be petted and might even show you my belly as a sign of trust. I enjoy being around kids, especially those under 13; they always bring a smile to my face! I also have a friendly nature when it comes to other dogs. I like to say hello and, once I’m comfortable, I’m happy to play! I’m still getting used to cats; I tend to get a bit excited when I see them, but I’m learning to stay calm.   Energy and ActivitiesMy energy level is just right. I enjoy my outdoor adventures and walks, but after a fun day, you can find me happily resting at home. I’m pretty good on a leash, although I sometimes get excited and might pull a little—just a pup being playful! Occasionally, my excitement gets the best of me, and I might bounce around happily, but I always make sure to wait for my walking buddies if they fall behind.   Training and HabitsI may not bark much, but when I do, it’s usually to let you know if something interesting is happening around us. I’ve learned how to hop into the car by myself, though I prefer to be guided to the right spot first. One of my favorite things is toys—especially squeaky ones! I love to play and engage, and I know how to sit for a treat. It takes me a little time to show my playful side, but once we bond, you’ll see my fun-loving spirit shine through! Even though I’m four years old, I still have a cute, puppy-like charm with my soft, droopy eyes. When it’s mealtime for the humans, I like to sidle up and rest my face against their chair, patiently waiting for a little something to fall my way.   Special NotesOverall, I’m a sweet and adaptable pup, looking for a forever home where I can share my love and companionship. Are you ready to be my new friend? I promise to fill your life with joy and warmth! ##2260907##

Story
Ginger | 5 years old |Malamute| 72 lbs | Loves people| GTA Ginger is a very affectionate and gentle dog, who LOVES people. He is happy to meet men, women, and children, and approaches everyone with the same friendliness and curiousity. Ginger joins us from a community in northern Manitoba. He was a favourite of the rescue contact living there, but was often bullied by the other dogs living in the community. She sent him to safety, and now we're excited to find him a home where he can be safe and loved the rest of his life! Despite some physical scars, Ginger's nature is trusting and relaxed. He is a little wary of larger male dogs, but would likely be fine with a female dog or a smaller dog. He has no issues trusting people, and is very calm and confident inside the home. Ginger is a big chiller but he has adorable bouts of play, where he likes to chase his tail and generally act like a big goof. He is also learning to play with toys (big fan). He likes to find a big snowbank to flop into when he's tired out. He's a big cuddler, and loves to wrestle and give kisses. Ginger is housetrained and walks nicely on leash although squirrels are currently very interesting to him and he can pull when he sees one. This is a very good boy who has survived a lot but, like so many of the most special dogs, has an incredibly loving and resilient personality. We'd love to find him a home where he can live the dog life he deserves with lots of play, fun, love, safety, and security. Story
Hello! My name is Yobi and I’m a 2-year-old male Husky weighing 20 kg (44 lbs). With my stunning Husky looks and playful personality, I’m sure to steal your heart! I’m full of love and affection, always ready to show off my playful and charming side. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy making new friends, both furry and human. When I see people come and go, I sometimes let out a signature Husky howl to say, “Don’t forget about me!” I’m energetic and love outdoor adventures. While I can pull a bit on the leash during walks, I calm down quickly and walk nicely once I’ve burned off some of my excitement. I’m also very food-motivated and will happily accept treats from anyone, making it easy to become fast friends. Because I’m a true Husky at heart, I’d love to be adopted by someone familiar with the breed and its unique traits. My high energy and lively personality are part of my charm, but I need someone who can keep up with me and understand my needs. I love to play and often express my desire for attention with high energy, but that’s just my way of saying, “Let’s have fun together!” Above all, I crave love and connection with my humans and promise to be a loyal, affectionate companion. Are you ready to share your life with a fun, energetic, and lovable Husky? I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventures together! 🐾
