Story
Hi! My name is Forest. If you are looking for an ideal companion, then look no further cause here I am! I am already housebroken, crate trained, know sit, shake, and even know I am not supposed to jump on you or your furniture without your permission! I enjoy snuggling with you if you will let me, and like a good romp in a fenced-in backyard. My favorite thing is being outside and I can be a tad stubborn when it's time to come in. My foster mom thinks I might have accidentally escaped from my people since I was caught chasing a deer. Since my prior owner could not be found, I find myself in need of a new home. My only requirement is a home with no small animals, (cats, rabbits, small dogs, chickens, etc.,) because though I am well trained and super laid back, I do have a high prey drive. If you are looking for a new friend who will not require much training, just a bit of time to understand your expectations, I would love to meet you! And hey, I am even neutered so I can go home with you right away! Primary Color: Tan Weight: 64 Age: 4yrs 5mths 0wks

Story
Meet Capone! I'm a silly, playful, and fun-loving guy who will keep you entertained with my delightful antics. You'll be pleased to know that I'm both crate and potty trained, making me a well-behaved companion. However, I should mention that I prefer to be the only dog in the house, and I'm most comfortable in a home with adults - so no kids, please. I absolutely adore going for walks, and I'm always up for a good cuddle session or some playtime. Chewing on bones is a favorite pastime of mine, and I'm a sucker for treats. You'll find that I'm smart but a bit hard-headed, which can make life with me quite an adventure. Trust me, I'm even cuter in person! If you think I might be the one you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask to meet me. I can't wait to become your best friend and fill your life with love and laughter! Story
Hallie Boo is a lovely 3-year-old, 40 lb. Siberian Husky mix with a sweet, calm, and gentle nature. This beautiful girl has one ear that sometimes stands up while the other stays down, giving her an adorable look. She's easy to leash, walks right by other dogs without reacting, and is a joy to walk -a volunteer even called her "a perfect walker." Hallie Boo knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and is on the potty-trained list as she keeps her kennel clean. She's also a huge fan of cuddles and belly rubs, showing her affectionate side. Hallie Boo wasn't very interested in playing with other dogs in the playgroup-she prefers being with people and feeling the love. She definitely seems like a peaceful co-existor who tolerated other dogs, but she really did not express interest in engaging in play.Come and meet this sweetheart!Hallie Boo is ready to go home today - she is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and is already spayed. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 39 Age: 3yrs 2mths 2wks

Story
Sandy's first time at doggie playgroups was not entirely successful. She simply had no social manners and was not appropriate with her interactions with the other dogs. While social manners is something that she may learn over time, right now, Sandy would thrive in a home with no other dogs.If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Sandy 255908".She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
