Story
Wow, Bugatti is a very nice (and big) dog! He weighs in at 91 pounds and is estimated to be about 2 years old. Bugatti is a gentle giant with a mellow temperament and a loving nature. He is well-mannered and attentive, constantly checking in with you. He has been described as a lover and a sweetheart. Bugatti already knows some basic commands too like "sit," "down," and "drop it." He also walks well on a leash, has a soft mouth for releasing toys, and always seems to be smiling. He's such an outgoing, awesome, loving dog who would make a great addition to almost any family. His adopter does need to have some experience and understand the importance of leadership for this extra-large breed. Any children in the home need to be at least 4 years old. Bugatti sure is wishing for a fur-ever home where he can feel loved and cared for. If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Bugatti would love to meet them. He has a soft, calm approach with other dogs and does nonstop playbows, too cute! He loves other dogs just as much as he loves people! If you are interested in Bugatti and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend! *Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*

We do our best to provide information that will help determine if the animal might be a good fit for you. Please note that behaviors may change in a home environment. We also ask our applicants to assume that any animal they adopt from us will need to be potty-trained and learn house manners, although this is not always the case. In most cases, the listed breeds are also a best guess. Our online animal bios are designed to provide as much information as possible and answer some anticipated questions. We do not have the resources to respond to emails with more specific questions. We are receiving an unusually high number of applications at this time! Applications are reviewed as they are received, but we do not select adopters on a first-come basis. Our job is to ensure each pet is placed into the best fit home for them and that adopters are paired with an animal that is a good fit for their lifestyle. All animals will stay online until they are “pending adoption”. Therefore, if an animal is still listed, we are still accepting applications for him/her! Please do not send inquiries about a specific animal's availability as this can change quickly over the course of the day. The fastest way to get a response is to simply submit an application! We will do our best to notify you by email if the pet(s) you are interested in are no longer available. New animals are posted daily, so please let us know if another furry friend peaks your interest (there is no need to fill out a second application)! It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!).
