Meet Zeke! He is a young male brown/white Akita around 8-12 months of age. He was removed from a situation where he did not receive much attention, so Zeke will require someone with experience with this breed to foster or adopt him. Zeke has been great with people and previously lived with a medium-sized poodle. He'd like to meet his potential canine siblings before heading home. He's a loving boy and wants to please. He needs an adult-only home with people who have the time and patience to teach him the world isn't so scary. If you would like to meet Zeke please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387. Zeke is in the KC metro, but transport to the right home might be available.

Harley is a beautiful and happy 8 year old Husky mix. She adapts easily to most environments and has done well around other dogs and meeting new people! She has not been tested around cats but does not seem to have high prey drive so would likely be ok. She is a food motivated people pleaser who loves kids of all ages. She is still quite energetic and playful but also enjoys a lazy Sunday watching the Chiefs on TV and snuggling up. She travels great in the car and is always up for new adventures. She even did great in the hotel with her foster parents on a road trip! Harley is a great exercise partner and loves long walks/runs. Harley is not overly needy but is the happiest when her people are nearby. Apply today to meet this great girl!
