Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I am an energetic working boy who is looking for a home to call my own! I am around 6 years old and know all of my basic commands including, sit, lay down, and off. I would love to find a family with another dog and a fenced in yard. Please no children because I am still working on my manners, including how to greet young people and strangers appropriately. I am looking for an experienced dog owner, someone who is a strong handler and is looking for a lifelong companion that is smart and will be their #1 sidekick. I cannot wait to find my forever home!   Broly's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives PLUS an obedience course at Cedar Run in Hiawatha.  Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, be altered and current on vaccinations and preventatives.  Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a home visit and a vet check.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 2, 2024, 11:48 am

Story
Hey guys - I'm McQueen! I was found out and about in a local area, and sadly no humans to claim me. Since settling in over here @ the shelter, I've made friends with the humans who take care of me daily but what I would really love is a set of people to call my own -Playing with toys is sort of my jam, so a home that can provide me with not only their love and attention but fun things to have would be rockin' as well! As a young adult, it would be great if you could continue to help me be polite with my manners so the tranisition into full adulthood can be with minimal hiccups. I'm located on site, so no appointment is required to meet me - stop out soon!
