Story
Courtesy Post – Rehoming Needed This dog is not at the shelter. Meet Ash – a sweet and playful 8-month-old female Akita/German Shepherd mix (white, tan, and black). &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Spayed/Neutered: No &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Vaccines: Current &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Potty trained: Yes &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Crate trained: Yes Ash was rescued from a tough situation and has been with her family for the past 6 months. Unfortunately, due to housing challenges, they are no longer able to keep her. Ash is a friendly, affectionate puppy who enjoys spending time with people and is good with children. She has lived with other dogs and is playful and social. While she hasn’t lived with cats, she has shown friendly behavior toward them. As a young, active mix of working breeds, Ash will do best with a family who can provide training, exercise, and structure as she grows. She is already crate and potty trained, making her a great start for someone ready to continue her care and development. If you are interested in adopting Ash, please contact her owner, Branin, directly: Phone: (916) 509-6842 Email: braninmartin@yahoo.com All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Story
Oversized teddy bear seeks snuggle partner. Cuddly, smart, and eager to please, swipe right if you can handle this high energy heart with a soft side. Hatchi’s story is heartbreaking — he came into the shelter with his brother, but when their owner returned, they only took his brother… leaving Hatchi behind in a high-kill shelter. He soon found himself on the euthanasia list. Hatchi is now in a loving foster home and is looking for his forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and supported again. Hatchi does require eye drops daily for the remainder of his life. In our dream world, Hatchi would find a human that would help him feel confident and secure in a FINALLY stable environment.

Story
We adopted Bailey when she was 1.5 from Stockton animal shelter. We’ve had her for about 5 years and she’s been a great dog. She’s an Akita mix and we’re not sure what the other part is- we think husky. Unfortunately, she’s not good with cats so we have to keep her separate and now she’s starting to not like our other dog as well. Sometimes she’s extra loving towards her, sometimes she plays too aggressively. She’s never been aggressive with my kids and is the sweetest girl. Doesn’t require a ton of walking or grooming and she’s crate trained. She is one of the easiest dogs I’ve ever had (never barks or chews!)but unfortunately she just doesn;t get along with the other animals and it;s too much to manage with my kids. I really hope she can go to a good home where there’s no other dogs or cats (or someone experienced to handle her with other dogs but absolutely no cats) so she can live the rest of her life happily.

Story
Has the world got you feeling a little empty and drained? Asher is here to clear all that up for you! This handsome hug machine with the distinct eyebrows and award-winning smile makes you feel like the center of the universe. And who doesn’t need that? Whether it’s your boss, your spouse or your mom making you feel like you just can’t do enough, all you have to do for Asher is walk in the room. His patented paw-wrap around your arm is next-level on the Worldwide Scale of Cuteness, making every single trouble melt away.If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of other dogs at the shelter who don’t do that but no, seriously, he’s also highly treat-motivated, which is going to make him fun to train. He’s been reported to do well with other dogs in a playgroup setting but please remember slow introductions are best for all dogs involved, especially when bringing a new dog into a resident dog’s territory.Come meet Asher today and fall in love on first sight!
