He’s big, beautiful and has the kind of enthusiasm most of us could only dream of. He’s here for everything life can throw his way and he welcomes it all with open arms. He’s a giant puppy that just wants to have fun and litterally everything is fun. People, dogs, toys he loves it all and we can guarantee he’s going to love you too the moment he meets you! Ajax found himself at our County shelter and was never claimed by his family. If we could guess he started out as an absolutely adorable puppy and got big quick. Although he was a happy guy his size and lack of training with his former family made him hard to handle so they just chose to abandon him. What’s sad about that is just a little training could have turned his energy into something positive. He’s such a friendly dude he only needed some guidance. So that’s exactly what he’ll be getting with us.Ajax landed a foster home with a trainer. Pretty lucky right! This guy is now getting the foundation in manners and basic obedience he needed from the start. His foster is working to slow him down esp around other dogs (he gets so excited cause they’re so fun). She’s also working on crate and leash training. His future home should have large breed experience and some knowledge of training so Ajax can continue gaining the rules and boundaries he’ll need to be his most successful self. Continued structure and routine is going to make this boy the amazing dog we know he can be! Meet the adorable 7 month old girl Aurora. She was born on January 1st 2024, how awesome to bring in the New Year and celebrate her birthday every year together. She has a beautiful coat and mask and piercing blue eyes. She is a puppy and has puppy energy and needs guidance and training, an alpha owner to show her love and structure. She's a smart girl and can learn quickly, she just needs a human bestie to show her the ropes. She's full of love and fun and would make an excellent exercise buddy and is dog friendly. She needs a patient and loving person to have her regain her confidence and feel truly loved and feel like part of the family. Please reach out ASAP as she needs a foster or adopter. Meet Artic! We should have named her Perfect! This 1.5yr old husky girl is a dream dog. Besides her classic beautiful looks and gorgeous blue eyes, she is the sweetest to every person, child, dog and is even good with her fosters parrot. For a young girl, she's very calm, chill and kind and loves to sit by your side and just appreciate her happy life. She was once abandoned on the streets, pregnant and had her puppies and all of them ended up at a high kill shelter. Alljoy4paws rescued her and her pups right before being euthanized. This amazing girl will light up your life and be your best friend. She's potty trained, loves toys and treats and has a gentle play style and a very submissive personality. She's been spayed, vaccinated and chipped and she's waiting for you! Email us your application ASAP! Currently being fostered in Bakersfield area.

Meet sweet Simba who was listed in the shelter at 6yrs old but we think he might be a little older, around 7-8. He's a very kind soul that just wants love and attention. He loves to be pet, seems a little chunky with curse coat and looks like he just didn't have a caring owner. He would make a great companion and possibly an easy couch potato doggie as well. He really touched our hearts and had to save him off of the euthanasia list. He's very people friendly and dog friendly so he'd be an easy addition to your pack. He deserves to be spoiled with walks and love and he's great on a leash. We're still learning about him but he needs a foster home or adoptive home, please open your heart and home for our handsome Simba boy!
