Kangal is neutered and READY TO GO HOME!!Kangal was previously here and quickly adopted. The positive feedback was that the adopter stated he was great with kids; however, he was returned due to having separation anxiety. He should go to a home where the humans are home most of the time, or a home willing to work on medicinally helping his anxiety with veterinary care. He may also do well with another dog in the home to not feel so alone after the humans leave. During playgroups, it took all of 1.3 seconds to fall in love with this precious behemoth. He is a big boy, but he plays like a silly, gangly puppy. Kangal was cutely clumsy with his long legs and big feet, and he had a blast jumping over and wrestling with another female dog. He didn't mind her chewing on his ears, and he seemed to love every minute of the play. He was so bouncy and fun that we have taken to calling him "Kangal Roo".If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Kangal 252354".He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already neutered. If you do not already know all of your neighbors, this social butterfly will make sure you do very quickly as her proud paw rent. Meet Layla. Layla is a two year old, medium energy Great Pyrenees mix who weighs about 50 pounds fully grown. She has the softest coat you can imagine, the kind you cannot stop petting, which works out perfectly because Layla is a certified belly rub addict who soaks up every bit of affection. She adores meeting new people, especially kids, and greets everyone like a long lost friend. While she can happily coexist with another calm, easygoing dog, Layla would also love being your one and only. Small animals and cats are more exciting to chase than to cuddle, so she will need a home without them. Layla was found as a stray in the rural foothills of North Carolina, and she is still learning some manners like keeping all four paws on the floor and resisting the temptation of counter surfing. The good news is she is fully potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and already knows her basic commands including sit, down, and come. With her affectionate nature, joyful spirit, and sweet personality, Layla is ready to bring so much love into a lucky family. Could it be yours? ##2603915##
