Leah came to Faithful Friends from a shelter in the panhandle of Florida where she was surrendered for jumping out of her owner's fence. She is very sweet, smart, and values trust. She needs a home where she will get lots of exercise and attention. She should only be outside when supervised. She has never shown signs of aggression, however she is fairly skittish and cautious of new environments and loud noises, especially trucks. She is good on a leash and only pulls when she is startled. She needs work on her crate training, but she is good in the house and not destructive. After she warms up, she is very loving and tolerant, making for a great personable companion.

Hi, I'm Austin! I’m a big, sweet boy with a goofy and fun spirit! I love playing and am good with kids and dogs. I can be a little skittish, but with some ear scratches and encouragement, I know I’m ok and won’t be scared. I have been good in my crate and walk decent on the leash. I do need some help with the basic training, but did I say how much I love food? I can be taught quickly with some treats and practice. Did you know I also like water? Drinking it, walking in puddles, swimming. Yup, I jumped in my foster mom’s cold pool on a 40 degree day and loved every second of it! If you’re ok with me lounging on your couch and/or bed, I’m in. Did I mention I love food? I have been known to sneak up on the counter for some food. I mean, you were going to share it anyway!
