Story
Duchess is estimated to be about 1 -2 years old who came to the shelter with her three kittens in December.   Duchess is now vetted and spayed and ready for her new home  Duchess has a unique look similar to the Abyssinian cat.  Duchess is quiet girl sometimes not sure of herself but once she gets to know you is a love.  One of my favorites!  Duchess is spayed, vaccinated distemper and rabies, microchipped, wormed and tested negative for feline aids/leukemia and heartworm. Duchess can be met by appointment.  please complete the preadoption form on our website www.bassshelterpets.org.  Click on adopt a cat.  Click on start the adoption process.  I look forward to working with you. November 16, 2024, 3:57 pm

Story
my name is juana rosa and i recently rescued a cat who i thought i could care for. She is a little over a year old and I've tried for about 2 months to accommodate her but i have another cat and 2 dogs. She attacked my other cat and drew blood from her ear and scratched the eye of my dog whom i know have to take to the vet to make sure it does not get infected and heals. i can't care for her when it puts my other pets in danger and would like to find her a new home. She's very affectionate towards humans but is defensive against other pets. She also doesn't like being carried so much so a crate is recommended as well. If there is a specific time to drop her off you can reach me at this email or ph(xxx) xxx-xxxx 7. Thank you.

Story
Marcus is a sweet boy! He loves to be petted and have his head scratched! He’s a playful boy, loves to eat and cuddles up with his foster siblings to sleep. He’s best friends with Landon and we think adopting the two boys together is best for both of them. They’re both really beautiful Abyssinians.

Story
Landon’s a beautiful Abyssinian and he’s doing really well in foster care but he’s still a little shy. He’s in foster care with another Abyssinian called Marcus & when they’re together we really see Landon come to life. We think it would be great for both of them to be adopted together and we’re excited to find a home for these two best buddies!
