Story
Coco is sponsored by: Karen Langland SNAP Cats rescued Coco from San Francisco, CA. Coco is extremely sweet and outgoing. She’s then first kitty to greet you when entering our FeLV+ Habitat, and hounds you for pets and attention until you leave. Coco is great with other cats, and uses the litter box 100% of the time. Here's Coco's whole story: Coco was given to Mike Zeidan, of Randa's Market in San Francisco, to be a mouser. Mike’s previous store kitty was the beloved KitKat who lived at the market for 8 years before being run over and killed by a Waymo car. You might have heard about this incident. It was all over the news and was quite traumatic for Mike and the 16th street community, who all knew and loved KitKat. So Mike took Coco in to be spayed and was crushed when Coco turned out to be FeLV+. He was going to return Coco to the original guardian until he found out there were other cats living there. Now what? Enter Karen, a huge SNAP Cats supporter. Karen knows Mike through her hubby, Rick, who works at the Roxie theater next door Mike’s Market and who helped Mike navigate the whole publicity generated by the Waymo death of KitKat. Still following? So Karen reached out to us… And the rest is history.April 4, 2026, 2:45 pm

Story
Merlin is Sponsored by: Margaret Loftus SNAP Cats rescued Merlin from Madera County, CA. Merlin is a real sweetheart. He loves human attention, and gets along with other kitties. Merlin’s head tilt is due to a bad untreated ear infection. We think it adds a lot of character! We believe Merlin’s twisted rear leg is a birth defect. None of this matters because Merlin gets around just fine. He’s a low maintenance kitty who deserves a wonderful, loving home. Is that your home? PLEASE NOTE: Merlin is currently spraying. We don’t know if it’s because of the environment here (other cats spraying) or not, but this should be taken into consideration. If you’re interested in Merlin please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/adoption-process/. Thanks!April 4, 2026, 2:45 pm

Story
Minx is Sponsored by: Mary Green SNAP Cats rescued Minx from Madera County, CA. Minx arrived with her bonded brother, Merlin. The two are no longer bonded, so she’s ready for a home of her own. Minx is an independent girl who loves to relax and loves attention. Thanks to a generous Operations Grant from @petfinderfoundation, we’re able to purchase three months’ worth of food for Minx as she awaits her forever home. If you’re interested in Minx please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thank you.March 11, 2026, 3:04 pm
