Story
Abby (born July 2024) is an intelligent beauty who thoughtfully reads the room before jumping into play. She loves vertical space, and cat trees or wall mounts are recommended for her climbing nature. She is a soccer star and dribbles ping pong balls with style. Abby (rescued along with her brother Benji) is a shy foster and an independent soul. She is always near but doesn't like over-handling. The way to her heart is with play. She will run to partake, but not if other kitties are too rough. She could do well as a solo kitty. She particularly loves bedtime to socialize – jumping up on your bed to purr, head butt and cuddle. Abby has a soft ticked tabby coat and big, beautiful gold green eyes. (maybe Abyssinian mix?) At mealtime, Abby is not shy and chirps or squeals for attention. In a loving, peaceful home, her confidence will shine with time, and she will delight with her energy and sweet presence. To learn more, visit socalpetrescue.com

Story
Abby (girl) and Benji (boy), born 7/1/2024. Just look at these two beautiful sibling fosters. They were found together and have journeyed so far together. Abby is intelligent and studious - reading the room before jumping in to play. Benji is pudding in your arms. They both love to run and play together (also with other kitty cats). Benji is all rambunctious goofiness, but a sweet purring cuddle bug when time to settle. He loves to be propped on your shoulder. Abby is more independent, less into displays of affection. But at bedtime she waits patiently for you so she can do her purr dance before snoozing alongside. They love vertical space, cat toys, ping pong balls, paper bags, boxes - all the silly kitty things. They also enjoy lounging and striking their sphynx poses. Somewhat shy and cautious with abrupt sounds or new people, a patient but playful guardian will help them shine. Benji & Abby could adopt out separately, but we think two is better than one - don't you agree?

Story
Abby (born June 2024) is a sweet, intelligent gal who thoughtfully reads the room before jumping into play. With time, her shyness melts and she becomes a dynamic ball of chirping playfulness. Abby is intrigued to watch and learn from her human or kitty pal. Abby will keep you company as you work or study. She particularly loves bedtime – jumping up on your bed to do her purr dance and settle into the comfy crook of your arm. Abby has a beautiful ticked tabby coat and big beautiful gold green eyes. (We think she is an Abyssinian mix.) She loves vertical space, and cat trees or wall mounts are recommended. She is a soccer star and rolls ping pong balls throughout the room with style. Abby has good manners for a young cat. In a loving home, Abby’s confidence will shine, and she will delight with her energy and sweet presence. She has a lot of love to give.
