Chewbacca is the sweetest little nugget you'll ever meet who is always at your side snuggled up. He's a terrier though, so he can be feisty walking by other dogs on a leash but he's all bark and no bite. He adores his people and would do best in a home with children, another playful small dog and a family who is home often. He does mark inside on occasion but is housetrained most of the time. He His fee is $850. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION IF INTERESTED AT: www.recycleddogsrescue.org/adoption-application

Story
Meet Alice! Alice is a sweet soul with a tender heart who is ready to start a new chapter in her life. Alice’s journey hasn’t been easy—she was found hiding under a car in the cold, but she’s made incredible progress since joining her foster family. While she’s still shy with new people, her true joy shines through when she feels safe and loved. Alice enjoys being pet, playing with toys, and going on peaceful walks. She absolutely loves the company of other dogs and tends to follow their lead. Alice is still warming up to humans, so she’ll need a patient, understanding family to help her continue building confidence. She needs another dog in the home to offer her some support, and she’d thrive in an environment without young or fast-moving children, who might overwhelm her. Alice is casually interested in cats, and while she’s still discovering her own space in the world, she’s ready to be a loyal and loving companion to the right family. If you’re willing to give her the time and care she deserves, Alice will reward you with a heart full of affection and trust. Will you be the one to help Alice grow into the confident, happy dog she’s meant to be? Alice is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Story
Tanner is a cute little pup that was a stray from the streets of L.A. and was in the shelter waiting to be saved! He is part of our first group of rescues to "clear the shelters" to make room for dogs of the L.A. fires that are seeking refuge while their families are displaced. Soulful loving eyes in a cute little frame, Tanner is a smallish terrier mix - maybe Yorkie, maybe Silkie and has super cute big toe beans! Tanner is approximately 6 months old, and under 10 pounds of adorableness. He is very curious, independent and exploring his new foster home. Tanner does listen to humans, learning what is expected, and seeking affection, he wants to be your best friend! He has already learned sit, down and is working on roll over! Tanner will receive his neuter and final puppy vaccinees as a part of his adoption donation. He will be ready for his forever home very soon!

Story
He is looking for his family! Will you be mine? Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com Excited for forever home! Micah is a yorkie/min pin/chi around 3 .5 yr old and about 10 lbs.  He came from same home as Peter aka Pedro is a  2.5 yr old male Terrier (maybe some rat terrier....who knows) about 12 lb but it is hard to adopt out bonded pairs.  So, Micah needs to be placed probably in an active retired couple home with Yorkie experience and with another small dog .  He is semi energetic that likes the company of another small dog and loves his dog beds.    He is in a foster home with lots of  Chi foster brothers/sisters. He love dog beds, doggie blankets, dog harnesses and toys.  He acts grouchy, but it is all for show.  Once you pick him up and carry him around he is okay.. Are great companion for active retirees with a securely fenced yard that like small dogs..    He  should be okay with small dog polite children (over 12 yrs of age) but better with no children.  Small dog experience is recommended. He is an indoor dog.   L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with  rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. Please contact us to ask about our adoption process and our adoption fees. November 5, 2024, 6:27 am

Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!!  My name is Violet from Korea and I am a wonderful approx. 5 yr old female Yorkshire Terrier.  I am about 9 lbs. and hoping to find a forever home.  I am friendly and was saved from an illegal Breeding Farm in South Korea.  I was rescued with many others by local activists from the horrific conditions we were in.  I fought to survive everyday and was so badly neglected.  Korea kills an estimated 1.5 -2 million dogs a year to be eaten.  I just want a chance to be part of a family and for someone to love and care for me.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup for only $75.  My adoption fee of $1,595 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.  A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an AirTag from us.  The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  We do not guarantee the breed and age of the dogs.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  Please e-mail at  admin@gingerspetrescue.org  for an adoption application. Story
Animal Profile: Bella was found running in traffic in Turlock, but luckily wound up at animal services instead of meeting an untimely demise. She’s dog friendly, and social with people but has little experience on leash. She’s estimated to be 5 years old and weighs 15lbs. She’s exudes that scruffy, sassy terrier charm. Foster Update: With her scruffy fur, short legs, and round body, and endearing underbite, Bella looks like an adorable Terrier + Corgi + Pekinese mix. Bella is a typical terrier type; she’s opinionated and needs someone to let her know it’s not her job to police things. She can be tentative when first meeting new people, but does warm up quickly after proper intros. She needs someone that can advcocate for her space and help others understand that she doesn't necessarily want to be friends with strangers. Bella has made great strides on her leash manners in foster care, this girl is even treadmill trained! She can be reactive if she is allowed to lead the walk. Bella is social with other dogs, but doesn’t appreciate new dogs right up in her face. She’s comfortable providing firm, but fair corrections if a dog steps over the line. She is not a dog that would enjoy the dog park. Bella is currently living with another dog and exists peacefully with him. She would be ok with or without a respectful canine companion in her forever home. Bella is house trained, crate trained, and looking for a home with dog experience. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was rescued from Turlock Animal Services. Arriving  to Seattle area foster care on 08/25/2024. He will be available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.January 27, 2025, 9:20 pm
