Meet Minnie: Your Pint-Sized Bundle of Joy! Calling all Yorkie lovers! ❤️ Foster Virginia Beach Virginia Are you looking for the spice in your life? 🌶️ Meet Minnie, our adorable 2-year-old, 7-pound Yorkie who’s ready to fill your days with endless love and adventure! 🌟 Minnie is the ultimate companion for anyone seeking a tiny furball of joy who loves people and other small dogs. 🐾 Minnie may be small, but she’s got a big personality! 💥 She’s perfect for anyone who wants a dog that can fit in a purse and accompany you on all your adventures. 🎒 ( stay at home parent is what she needs) However, Minnie prefers a little luxury when it comes to potty time. 🚽 She’s not a fan of the leash for bathroom breaks, so she’ll thrive in a home with a closed-off private area for her to do her business. 🚧 she is not a dog park dog you must have a small backyard completely closed off in order to apply. Cuddle enthusiasts, rejoice! 🛋️ Minnie is a professional snuggler, ready to curl up with you for 20 hours a day. 💖 Whether you’re binge-watching your favorite shows 📺 or working from home 💻, Minnie will be right there, providing endless warmth and affection. Minnie is fantastic with other little dogs 🐶, she can not go a home with other dogs over 20lbs 🐕 If you have a small dog and are looking for a new friend, Minnie could be the perfect fit. 👫 She would do best in a home with someone with steady legs, as she loves to jump up and can sometimes be a bit hard on the back of your legs. 💪 ❤️ If you’re ready to welcome a pint-sized, loving, and adventurous companion into your life, Minnie is ready to go home with you. 🏡 Applications are required for a meet and greet to ensure Minnie finds her perfect match. 📝 Come meet this little bundle of joy and let her add some spice to your life! 🎉 children should be over 8 * yard must have a physical fenced area not a dog yard To clarify Coastal Sheltie Rescue's requirements: The space must be a permanent enclosed area, such as a patio or small yard, that is fully fenced and closed off from the outside. Temporary structures or gates will not be accepted. We are looking for a permanent structure that ensures the safety of the dog and provides a private area for them to go potty. If your home does not already have this type of fully enclosed space, we will not be able to approve your application. Please note that we do not accept applications based on promises of pending yard installations or temporary fixes.

Story
Meet Daisy! She was surrendered to a local animal control when her owners were moving. Since settling into her foster home, she has ben a lovely girl. Don't let her crazy haircut fool you - she was severely matted when she came in....but she's going to be oh-so-cute once her hair grows back in! Here's what her foster family has to say about her "She is super friendly and has been around little kids and my teenagers and does great. She understands commands, sit stay lay down. She loves cuddling and loves going on walks. She sleeps in bed with my daughter at night. She barks when people come into the room or into the house, but just to tell you someone’s there. Her hair is already starting to grow back. She gets along fine with our Yorkie. She doesn’t really bother him too much or try to play with him. We leave her out with our other dog when we’re out of the house" Daisy has been spayed and had a small little mass removed. She is UTD on vaccines, heartworm tested, and microchipped. She will come with 6 months of heartworm prevention, and 30 days of pet insurance for her new owners.

Story
Meet Jazz and Wobbles! These two are a mother and daughter pair who came to us in August from a local animal control. They were part of a hoarding case and are very attached. THIS IS A BONDED PAIR AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. Jazz is a 4.5-year-old Yorkie mix weighing 15 lbs. Wobbles is a 6.5-year-old Yorkie mix weighing 25 lbs. Both had cherry eyes when they arrived, and we fixed the surgery but Wobbles’ returned. Because they haven't been outside much until now, they're scared of new things and noises, so they need to have a fenced yard. They love attention but need time to trust you. They're currently living with other dogs and a child in their foster home without any problems. If you're patient and willing to give them love, they'll be wonderful additions to your family! Remember, adopting a dog means committing to them for life. If you're interested in adopting Jazz and Wobbles, please don't call. Instead, fill out an online application on 4 Paws Animal Rescue's website at www.4pawz.org. We check the care history of past and current pets to ensure the best homes for our animals. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on what's best for the pets. #lovedogsforever #yorkiemix #littledogs #dogrescue #dogs #rescueismyfavoritebreed #dogsareacommittment #rescuedog #lovedogs #adopt #adoptdontshop

Story
My name is Biscuit and I'm a southern boy that somehow got lost from my family and they never came looking for me. I was kind of in bad shape when I showed up on an older couple's front porch and curled up underneath the chair just looking for some shelter and protection from the weather.  Noone ever came forward so Cavalry rescue really came through for me and they got me groomed and a bath and then they got me neutered, heartworm neg. test and all my shots, microchipped, and deworming. I'm a healthy 2-3 year-old, 21 lb Lhasa Apso mix boy that everybody loves.  You see I am a happy little guy that loves everyone and I am totally fearless about life. I am not scared of big dogs either and I try to be everyone's friends no matter their size. My foster mom said I'm housebroken and I have perfect house manners, which amazed her. I'm very good in the house and I'm very easy to have around so if I could talk I could probably tell him who I belong to. But I can't talk and I guess my parents don't really care where I am. But, Critter Cavalry cares where my next home is and they're out scouring the countryside looking for my next blessing of a new and loving family.  I'm a young boy and I have a ton of years and life ahead of me. I will be the easiest and best dog you have ever owned. Contact Critter Cavalry rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com If you were interested in adopting me. I could be an early Christmas gift that you make to yourself!  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 18, 2024, 7:24 pm

Story
It is most unusual that Critter Cavalry rescue has been able to offer a Japanese Chin mix dog to the community of rescue adopters. This boy is probably 70% Japanese chin and maybe the other percentage is Shih Tzu. But he is the cutest little guy at just 18 months of age and 13 lb of pure soft hair.   His name is Cash and we know that someone will hit the jackpot if they adopt this boy. He is easy on a leash meets people with a Ted bit of shyness but yet welcoming manners and he is good with all other dogs and would most probably be best friends with a cat if he was invited to be. He's working on housebreaking as we haven't had any but a couple of weeks and he's learning the rules and schedule. He is a beautiful boy with a sweet and soft demeanor just as sweet and soft as he looks. We love his black faced and his warm dark eyes that look at you with the question of ' will you be my next mom or dad?'. He is a tiny little thing that will be such a treasure to have in your life. The breed is Hardy and exceptionally smart and very affectionate. You will find nothing wrong with life if Cash is by your side traveling life's journey while riding in the car for adventures or walking the pathways of life to explore the neighborhood.   He will be a friendship magnet as people stop to admire his handsome beauty. If you were interested in this very young Japanese Chin mix please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 18, 2024, 7:24 pm
