Story
It pains us that this is the last resort for our 10 year old companion. Polo came into our life shortly after we married. He's been a ball of joy and burst of energy. We purchased Polo from a reputable breeder in Houston. Until recently, Polo has never had any major health issues. In July, while housed with our sitter, he was playing and jumped from the bed, dislocating his left hip. Since dislocation, and an attempt to put it back in place - it's been determined surgery would be the next step. Unfortunately, at this time, our family can't afford the surgery expense and believe it would be best to rehome Polo. Polo is fun loving, has loved our girls from infancy to now. Having him confined to a playpen isn't ideal and we would love to have the right family take him in and love him just as much as he'll love you!

JJoJo-Yorkshire Terrier mix female, ~ 4 yr. old (June 2024) Please contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for application. JoJo came to Rescue when her owners could no longer provide for her. She's loving, enjoys being a lap dog that enjoys being held.. She does not care for cats. Would probably be happiest as an only pet. JoJo is 4 yr. old and will enjoy some activity in her life as most Terriers do. Her adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
