We accept electronic funds via VENMO or Paypal, or cash only. Puppies too young to be spayed/neutered are available for Foster-to-Adopt only. A FTA contract is required. in HW treatmentMeet Zoe! Zoe is a 5-year-old spayed female who knows what she wants in life! Rescued from the Baytown Animal Shelter, Zoe is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and will soon be ready for her forever home. She’s completed her 30-day doxycycline regimen and has received her first heartworm treatment injection, with her final two treatments scheduled. Zoe is full of personality and is definitely a bossy little lady! She enjoys affection and attention but prefers to be in control of her space. Zoe would thrive as the only dog in the home, or with a calm, older dog who won’t invade her personal bubble. She has little tolerance for younger, more energetic dogs getting too close, so she’s best suited for a quieter home. While she’s on crate rest for her heartworm treatment, Zoe has shown herself to be a calm companion, content to lounge and enjoy snuggles with her humans. Once her treatment is complete, she’ll be ready to start a new, active chapter in her life! Zoe is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and will soon be heartworm-free. She’s ready for a family who understands her independent spirit and can give her the love and boundaries she needs. If Zoe sounds like your perfect match, please apply to adopt her at Yorkie Rescue Houston's website!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 2, 2024, 3:10 pm
