Meet precious Autumn, an 5-6 year old, 8 pound Yorkie girl being fostered in Georgetown, TX. Only Texas applicants will be considered. Oh my goodness! We have a lot to share about this absolutely adorable little girl. She has been with her foster family for 2 months and what an absolute fun, energetic, kind lovable angel. She is full of life and she never stops playing, eating, and being a love bug. If your family has a very very playful Yorkie and a playful large dog then this is the baby you have been looking for. Autumn would be best with another young Yorkie that wants a buddy to be by her side...she is very energetic and wants to be on the go every minute.. Autumn will get in your lap and snuggle in your arms then turn her face sideways so she can get lots of kisses. She loves to be outdoors, go for walks, (could use a little training on that part) lol ride in the car, and most of all play play play. She would do best with someone that is home most of the time since she does thrive on attention and play time. She has no aggression to other dogs, people, or food...she respects other dogs' space and eating time. Autumn hasn’t been around children at her foster home but children around 8 or older would be perfect for them because she loves to be playful and go for walks. I forgot to mention that she is very spoiled! She is up to date on vaccines, spayed, had her dental. Meet Poppy, a precious 3 year old, 8 pound Yorkie girl being fostered in Georgetown, TX. Only Texas applicants will be considered. Hello UYR my name is Poppy, Miss Poppy if we're being formally introduced. All this rescue stuff is new to me. All I know is I had a family and then all of a sudden I didn't have a family and was put in a shelter where I had to stay in a cage until the nice lady from UYR swooped in and rescued me. I now live with my foster Mom and Dad, which is like my family but only temporary. I really want to have a furever family that is not temporary. I know you're out there somewhere just waiting for me. I can give you lots and lots of love, as that's what I know how to do and I do it really really well! We can go on walks together every single day, and I promise to sit in your lap while you relax in front of the tv or when you read a book or when you're chatting with your friends. I will also share my toys with you, I really like the soft ones with the squeakers that we can play tug together with and throw in the air so I can get them and bring them back. It's such a fun, fun game! I need someone that understands that I'm afraid of the dark and get a little scared when people other than my favorite person go in and out of the room. I'm not trying to hurt them by running, barking, and every so often nipping, I'm just startled and need some help to calm down. Because of this, I probably need to be an only dog and not have any young little sized people in my immediate family. I'm still really young and very trainable, I promise to work hard to be your favorite faithful companion. I like riding in a box in the car and I fit really well in those air jail carriers. As long as you're with me I'll go anywhere and promise not to make a scene. Although, if other people want to pet me and tell me how pretty I am I will allow them to do that -- but only if you want. Please fill out the UYR application for me so we can meet and begin our life together! I'm anxiously waiting for you!
