Meet Rudy! This 9-month-old Yorkie-Chihuahua mix is a bundle of joy with all the adorable, spirited energy you'd expect from a young pup. At 12 pounds, Rudy is a perfect pint-sized companion who gets along well with other dogs. He's crate trained, although he's still learning his way around housebreaking. Rudy would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit and help him master those last bits of puppy manners. If you're looking for a little dog with a big heart and lots of personality, Rudy might just be your perfect match! Rudy is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. His adoption fee is $400. Lovely LOLA is the sweetest little dog! She's a 5 year old 12 pound fluffy beauty. We were told she's a Yorkipoo (Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle mix) but honestly we aren't sure about her breed mix. We just know she's gorgeous. Lola is a very social girl who loves people and attention. She's great with people of all ages and would be so happy to be your constant companion. Lola would be the perfect work-from-home office mate or a best friend for empty nesters. Lola wants to be in the thick of things. She's choosy about her doggy friends and would probably be happiest as an only dog. Lola is housebroken and crate trained. Her long lovely locks will require regular grooming, Lola's adopter must be prepared for that expense every 6-8 weeks. If you'd like to meet Lola, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
