**Meet Raven** *Female, Yorkie/Cairn Terrier Mix, 7 years old, approximately 20 pounds* Raven came into rescue after a rural high-intake shelter reached out for help. This sweet girl and her siblings needed a safe haven, and now Raven is ready to find her forever home. Though she is shy at first, Raven is incredibly loving and enjoys cuddling up next to her favorite person. Her tail wags happily when she gets attention, and her favorite spot is on the couch with a soft blanket. Raven gets along well with the resident dogs in her foster home, ranging from 20 to 60 pounds, but she values her crate as her safe space and prefers the other dogs give her space when she’s in it. Outside of the crate, she’s perfectly content to coexist and simply ignores them. She is working on leash and potty training and does well in her crate. With patience and love, Raven will continue to thrive and blossom in her new home. Raven is a sweet and affectionate girl who has been through a lot after losing the only home she had known for seven years. She’s ready to find a calm and loving forever family where she can finally relax and be adored. Raven is fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Her adoption fee is $300.00. Meet Mia! Mia is a beautiful 6-year-old, 12lb Yorkie/Silky Terrier puppy mill rescue! Mia is gentle and sweet, loves sharing time with her foster mom and foster canine siblings! Mia loves nothing more than snuggling on the couch with her family and enjoying a nap! Her superpowers include loving the comforts of her home and spending time with her foster canine siblings. Being a puppy mill rescue, Mia is just learning to potty outside with the guidance of her foster siblings. Mia would benefit from having another dog to follow and continue to progress with her potty training. Mia has had no previous leash training, so we’re working on getting her more comfortable walking on a leash. Some of her favorite things are treats, especially a little cottage cheese and her nightly dental bone. Meet Taylor Swift! Taylor is a 6-year-old, 10lb Yorkie who loves cuddling, kids and cheese! On her first day in foster, Taylor didn’t even know what a leash was and was nervous about a walk. Now she eagerly runs to the door, tail wagging, to take walks with her foster brother Chief. While not potty trained yet…she’s quickly beginning to understand that outside is where the potty breaks happen. Taylor would thrive in a house with kids as she has three older human swifities being loud and causing chaos and she doesn’t seem to mind at all! While she loves walks and has the energy to go for at least 20-30 minutes, she’ll also be your snuggle buddy and lounge on the couch with you for hours. She loves tennis balls (especially stealing them from her foster brother when he’s not looking. While she is comfortable being in the crate for some durations, she’ll also make it known when she wants to be close to her people.
