The pups are in our jail dog program where female trustees care for them until they are vetted and find amazing homes. Pups from this program get a lot of socialization and training - a definite plus! Frannie is a sweet girl who loves other dogs and will be a wonderful addition to any family. Frannie is in our jail program in West Tn and will be transported once her adoption is finalized. They were surrendered to our rescue the owner was going into a nursing home and no one was there to take care of the dogs.
