Story
DOB 4-24-2025 Izzie is looking for a Mom! She is a baby that likes to stay close, a 24 hour girl. Izzie is social, loves to play, gets along great with others and wants to be an important part of her future home. She will be between 7 and 8 pounds, has a natural tail and gorgeous ears with a cute little face. She is very smart and focused. She is up to date on all medical, spayed, heartworm negative and has received a ProHeart6 heartworm preventative infection. Her adoption fee is 900.00 and her transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS LLC they leave every other Friday to deliver their stops on Saturday to the East Coast. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Max is very sweet and feisty, he’s good with other dogs and cats. He will gladly give and receive love including very gentle kisses❤️. We are working on his house manners. He likes to play with with soft toys or just take a nap with you on the couch. He does prefer to dine alone. He thinks he’s a big dog and isn’t scared of the big dogs. He will play with them all, big or small. Maxwell was heartworm positive but he’s had his treatment and is doing great. He is ready to travel. Please reach out for more information, Maxwell is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested positive for heartworms, but has been fully treated and ready to leave us for his forever home. The adoption fee is $500. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.

Story
About Dory: * Yorkie mix, 13 years old, ~10 lbs * 13 years young * Loves all humans * Enjoys being outside and staying active — she needs regular walks * Does fine with small, calm dogs once she knows them, but would likely thrive as your one and only * We don't have any experience with her around cats at this time * Housebroken and will also use a pee pad * Sleeps through the night and loves her own bed * Very quiet — mostly communicates with little grunts or growls for food or walks, with only the occasional bark Dory is doing wonderfully in her foster home, and her foster says she is truly a great dog. She’s ready to spend the rest of her golden years loved, cherished, and safe — exactly how every senior deserves. If you think you might be the perfect match, please apply to adopt - www.pprct.org.

Story
*Name: Coco *Age: 12 years old *Current Weight: 17 lbs *Adoption fee: $300 Coco is a lovable 12-year-old Yorkie mix originally rescued from Texas. Don’t let his age fool you – Coco is full of energy and lives for adventure! He’s house-trained and does well on a leash, but his favorite thing in the world is running freely and exploring off-leash. He especially enjoys long hikes through the woods, where he can show off his youthful spirit. Coco’s playful side shines through when he’s chasing plush squeaky toys (though the squeaker doesn’t stand a chance!) or playing fetch. Belly rubs are his ultimate weakness – he will soak up every ounce of affection you have to give. With easy-to-maintain, non-shedding hair, Coco is a dream for grooming and is well-behaved during vet and groomer visits. He’s spent the last five years happily living with kids aged 8-13 and currently resides peacefully with another small dog. Coco is ready to be your forever companion. Apply today and let him fill your home with joy! To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR FAQs  ##2306241##

Story
FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED Meet Stella!! Our sweet 5-7 year old Yorkie mix is looking for her forever home!! She is your typical couch potato lap dog however she does still have an active side and likes to be outside sniffing around. She doesn’t really play with toys anymore. She’s about 12 lbs. She had lived with multiple cats in her previous foster home and sometimes will bark at them if they get too close. Maybe better in a home without cats or if there’s only 1-2 it might be ok (she had lived with 7-8 cats) She is house broken to go potty outside but in an emergency will go on the wee wee pad. She needs a quiet home with not many visitors. If there are visitors for a short time she can be crated. She has grown protective of her mommy and will try to be a 12 lg guard dog 🙃 because of this a home without kids is best. She is so sweet one on one and has been living with a woman and it was just them two, but having visitors over and grand children is just too much for her as she tries to protect her mommy. Apply via www.nyshar.org/applications
