Story
Meet Tillianna, or Tilli! She's a playful young pup with a heart of gold and a grumbly voice that will steal your heart! ♥️ Tilli is a 9-month-old Yorkie/Schnauzer Mix, weighing in at 11.5 pounds. 💬She enjoys cuddling on the couch and has a unique way of "talking" to her humans with a low rumbling sound to express her needs. This energetic girl loves to explore the world on walks and enjoys playtime with her canine companions once she's comfortable! She is very nervous of meeting new friends, both human and dog friends alike, so slow and calm introductions are key. She needs to learn to trust that both the new people and her environment are safe. But, once a friend is made, play mode is on!! 🏃 🤗This wee little pooch has shown a liking to kiddos, is fully crate-trained and housebroken (with few minor accidents since being spayed). Tillianna would thrive in an active home with patient and loving owners who can provide her with plenty of boundaries, mental stimulation, and socialization. It's very important that Tilley learn the ropes of the home, or she will soon be running the show. A home with another playful dog could be a great fit, but slow introductions are essential. ➡️Of note; She can be a bit of a puller on leash, so further leash training will be beneficial. She can be a bit of a barker if given the opportunity, boundaries are very important with her to prevent her from demand barking at you. She has not been tested with cats, but may not be the best fit for a home with cats due to her prey drive. She likes soft food over kibble. If you only give her kibble she will tip the bowl over - what a cheek! Not convinced?
