Story
King is an interesting looking character that always brings a smile to your face. This little guy would love to go into a home that can help him learn how to live in a house. He still needs to be housed trained and learn some basic manners. He does well with other small dogs but should always have slow and controlled introductions. He does have a mass on his leg that we need a vet to look at (he is not fond of the vet). King has a penchant for socks and chew toys and has never been around cats so would likely do best in a home with no cats. As the name suggests, he prefers sleeping in the human bed. He will bark when people knock on the door but settles quickly once they are inside. He used to live with a retired couple so he is not used to being left alone for long periods. He has also been around dog savvy children. Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me.
