Loreli came to us from a nearby shelter with a broken jaw. We don't know what happened to her to get this way, but it's a significant trauma, that's for sure. The shelter was able to perform surgery on her jaw which is now wired- and pulled some teeth and cleaned the rest. We don't know if her mouth will ever be completely normal, but even if not, it looks like she's smiling all the time...and she has no trouble eating. While Loreli just came in and we're getting to know her, there's no reason she couldn't go to a new foster, foster to adopt or even be adopted! She's basically ready for her home and some TLC where she can settle in and get comfy! ADOPTION DONATION: $600.00. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of brochures, coupons, and supplies for your new pup! Meet Spartan Kelly-087! Kelly is part of the "Halo" litter. She is a puppy so shes playful and has a lot of puppy energy! She is super cute and fun, but a lot of work. Her forever family should be committed to lots of training - obedience, housetraining, and socialization. This will ensure that Kelly grows into a confident, well behaved adult! Puppies' personalities are dependent on their environment, and the structure and training they are given, in addition to socialization. Their personalities continue to grow and be shaped by their new adoptive families. Puppy daycare and socialization classes or puppy kindergarten are highly recommended for their personal development. She will more than reward you for all your hard work with lots of love, loyalty, and laughs. Kelly is a baby so she is not yet house trained and is working on crate training. Estimated DOB: 07/21/2024 Estimated ADULT Weight: 6-10 lbs Breed: Chihuahua/Mix Adoption Donation: $600.00 Prior to adoption, puppies will be altered, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. Puppies are given vaccination boosters in our care; however, adoptive families will be responsible for the remaining vaccinations that puppies need. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of goodies to start you on your journeywith your new pup! **Spartan Kelly is not yet old enough to be spayed so she is available for foster-to-adopt in the greater Seattle area.
