Story
Rusty is a mellow quite and well mannered 13 pound long hair Chihuahua, possibly Pom Mix that looks like a little FOX>. He was picked up by a kill shelter as a stray and no one came to claim him. He is about 6.5 yrs old and would make a great lap dog. He likes his food his soft bed and takes treats from you ever so gently. Rusty is calm and would flourish in home where he can sit on your lap and follow you around He is good riding in the car and good walking on leash. He would be ok as an only dog or with other gentle dogs. We had him neutered, microchipped and all his shots. Adoption fee is $300 Please email Alphadogpetrescue@yahoo.com to request our adoption application. Right now he is in a foster home near Rancho Cucamonga.,

A25241 Chino is a brown colored, approximately 14-year-old, 10-pound, neutered male, Chihuahua. He entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 01-25-2025 due to the fact his elderly owner had medical issues making it impossible for them to take care of him. Chino is a friendly, calm and quiet boy here at the shelter. Our staff describes him as a sweet, snuggly old man who loves people. They say he loves to be carried and snuggled, and he is always ready to give a kiss. He was easy to leash and well-behaved during walks. He does prefer to be carried though. He doesn’t respond to any commands, but he behaves well and has good manners, just typical small dog behavior. He loves lying on his blanket and sleeping or being snuggled up in your lap. He will be the perfect companion to sit and watch TV with and snuggle. Chino will be a loving companion in his new forever home.
