Meet Harper. Harper is a special adoption. Harper has been in our rescue for 2.5 years. Why so long? Harper came from a hoarding case years ago and just still hasn't enjoyed people touching her. Is she the happiest dog you will meet? Yes she still loves life, loves other dogs and loves to lounge on the couch. Harper is looking for a home who will accept her and her fear of being touched and be ok with that. She is house broken and will use a potty pad. She really doesn't even need to go outside if you don't want her to. You can't walk her as she doesn't want you to touch her so fenced yard is required. She gets sedation to go to the vet. But she is loved and deserves love. We will waive her adoption fee for adopters willing to give Harper Lee a life. This adorable 4-year-old, 14-pound bundle of joy is as energetic as she is affectionate. Bella loves her outdoor adventures and can often be found zooming from one end of the fence line to the other, full of energy and excitement. When it's time to come inside, however, she's ready to wind down and will happily curl up in your lap to relax. In the mornings, after a good night's sleep, Bella might get a little springy, bouncing up and down the stairs with pure enthusiasm!
