Story
Penney is a precious Chihuahua with a beautiful red, white and tan coat. She’s a typical Chi, needing a little time to adjust to new surroundings. She’s an affectionate girl and likes to stay close to her person. Penney is crate trained but doesn’t need one, as she’s totally housetrained. She loves being and playing in the back yard and learned the doggie door on her own. Penney will need another small dog with which to interact in the home. Approximately 2 years old and 9 lbs.

Story
Bandit is an adorable long-haired Chihuahua who will steal your heart away – hence his name. A typical Chi, he needs time to adjust to new people and doesn’t like to be rushed. He’s quite the player once he gets comfortable around those in the house. Bandit doesn’t like being crated, although he tolerates it. He really doesn’t need a crate, as he’s totally housetrained. He loves being and playing in the back yard and learned the doggie door immediately. Approximately 2-3 years, 8 lbs.

Story
Hi there, I'm Zac, and boy have I come a long way to find my furever person! I was found as a stray in Texas and flown to Newton Kansas, where I was taken into care by WAAL. I hope we meet so you can see all my cuteness in person! I have an adorable little snaggletooth smile. I also like to cross my legs when I lay on my stomach. When I get excited, I prance around. Speaking of prancing, I'm an active boy who loves to play and be on the move. I didn't get enough to eat while I was living on the streets, but I'm working to gain some weight. I sure love mealtime! I'm working on potty-training and walking on a leash, but I am crate-trained. I get along well with other doggies and would do best with a doggie companion in my furever home. I'm a little shy at first, but once I warm up I'll be your best friend. To meet me, go to WAALrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.
