Meet Mr Fideo! This sweet older Chihuahua is looking for a retirement home to call his own! Don't let his age fool you though, he's still got the spunk of a younger dog and would love to join you on your adventures. He is typical of the Chihuahua breed and has the spice and zest for life! He seems to do better with women than men, but with a little adjustment period he does well. He is doing great in his foster home and is showing to be potty trained as well! Meet Ari! This sweet mama came into our rescue with 5 adorable babies, and she is ready to retire to the life of luxury. We think she is around 8. Ari is a shy girl who would love a couch to cuddle on and lots of treats! She would benefit from a patient owner and calm lifestyle. She would also love a dog friend to learn the ropes from. Ari loves other dogs, and is fostered with cats and older children. Ari is going through heartworm treatment. Overall it's relatively quick and easy. The rescue is covering the cost of her treatment at our vet in Meridian. Poor Ari has had a less than easy and caring life. We are excited to show her the kindess of people and find her forever family. Spay, microchip, and current vaccines all included in her adoption fee. Meet Dobby! Dobby and his brother, Hagrid, recently entered foster care after a rough beginning. These boys are about 5 months old and have had little socialization so they may require an adopter willing to work on their socializing. While they are nervous at first they quickly become your shadow and love to follow you around and strive to be your buddy. They are working on potty and crate training, but everything is very new and exciting for them, even a little scary. We are not sure what these boys parents were, but we know they must have been very cute! If you are someone with a big heart willing to work with one of these babies please reach out to give them at chance at a loving home.
