Meet gorgeous Zyro! Zyro is a gorgeous 2 year old black Xolo, and is a sweetie. Initially shy, Zyro warms up fast. He loves to play with toys and to be around people. Zyro would make a perfect companion dog or family dog!

Story
This is Traveler. He is a special boy who was living on the streets of San Bernardino. He was seen for weeks crossing a busy hwy. It was thanks to a kind lady living in a hotel who saw Traveler and was feeding him but not able to gain his trust to catch. Finally, a humane trap was set and a very kind state humane officer brought this dear dog to us. He took about a week to trust us. We now spend time holding him, petting and assuring him life will now be good for him. He is available for adoption. He is about 17 lbs. The breed is anyone's guess. Our best guess is be is a 1 year old Chihuahua mix. The volunteers at the rescue enjoy caring for him. He is super clean, never one accident indoors. He loves his soft blankets. He is a true rescue and such a save.

Stella Rose is a very loveable and sweet girl. She loves to be in your lap or running in the yard. Stella is very playful and enjoys squeaky and stuffed toys. She is a good listener and smart. Stella is housebroken and is crate trained (at night time only). She enjoys walks around the neighborhood and is well behaved on the leash. Stella is a little nervous around new people and needs to do things on her terms to be comfortable. After a few minutes, she will be your best cuddle buddy. Stella would prefer to be an adult home where she can play fetch all day and then cuddle in front of the TV. Stella Rose will be available for adoption this Saturday (11/23) at Kahoots in Menifee from 10am to 2pm.

Meet Chico, a charming chihuahua who weighs in at 10 pounds and is 10 years young. Chico might be small, but he's big on personality and love. Chico is a food enthusiast, always motivated by a tasty treat. He loves his walks and car rides, and he's excellent on a leash. In fact, my 10-year-old son can walk him with no problem, as Chico can comfortably stroll for about a mile before he gets tired and wants to be carried. Chico is great with kids, engaging warmly with children aged 5 and up, although he prefers to keep his distance from babies and toddlers. He's house trained and has recently mastered the use of a doggy door. Friendly with everyone he meets, Chico fits right in with our pack and brings joy with his calm, funny, happy, curious, and cuddly nature. He also tolerates cats as long as they don't bother him. However, there are a couple of things to watch out for: Chico has a tendency to bolt out an open door, and he doesn't feel comfortable around very large dogs. Chico just had over 20 teeth pulled and an infection in his foot cleared up. He is now ready for his forever home !!!! Chico will be available for adoption this Saturday (12/14) at the Natural Pet Food and Supplies store in Murrieta from 10 to 2pm.
