Story
Looks like: Chihuahua mix Female, 7 years old (estimated), 11 pounds The regal Duchess is ready to be pampered in a palace of her own, but could benefit from some time off her throne in order to achieve her optimal health. After living on the streets, it's no surprise that Duchess is relieved to just relax at home. We are confident that some nice strolls around the block will do her a world of good. She gets along just fine with other dogs (including the many dogs in her foster home), but she prefers watching dogs from a comfortable distance. Not a fan of rambunctious puppy energy, Dutchess appreciates creatures that are small, quiet, and as calm as she is. This sweet girl's dream is to find a sunny spot and a soft bed in a peaceful home. She is also looking for a forever person who will work with her on weight management, gently increasing her activity level. After being found as a stray, Duchess came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services.

Story
Looks like: Chihuahua mix Female, 8 years old (estimated), 9 pounds Jingle Belle is a resilient little lady who we're excited to see come out of her shell more and more in time. This sweet small gal appears to have had a rough past, but she's not letting that stop her. Slowly but surely, we're seeing her let people and other pups into her circle. Jingle Belle needs some TLC and patience, but with the right family, we know she'll thrive! Jingle Belle would do best in a quiet home without children, but we think she'd do well in a home with other dogs, especially if they enjoy snuggling. She also gets along well with cats. This little sweetheart needs a lot of rest and is very low energy, so she needs someone to help her take everything one day at a time. We are continuing to treat her for medical issues in our vet clinic, and it's recommended that she receive prescription GI food as she has a very sensitive tummy. Jingle Belle has grown fond of his foster sibling Winifred, if possible we would love for them to be adopted together. This tiny girl came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after she was found as a stray.

Milo

Chihuahua Mixed Breed (Medium)

Male, 7 yrs
Pacific Grove, CA
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Looks like: Chihuahua mix Male, 6 years old (estimated), 8 pounds If you're looking for a snuggle buddy, you've found a perfect pal in Milo. This little ball of affection bonds strongly with his caretaker, so you know that with Milo by your side, you'll always be surrounded by love. This sweet little guy wants nothing more than to spend the day with you, whether that means being at home, on a walk, or on a road trip. Milo will always be ready to cover you in kisses. Milo can sometimes be anxious and vocal around new people or animals and can take a while to warm up to strange situations, so his ideal adopter will need to have some patience to help him overcome his fears. Milo may be happiest as the only apple of your eye, but he might also do well with another calm, small dog in the home. Milo came to us after his senior guardian could no longer care for him.
