Story
Meet Beau! This sweet boy was rescued as a stray and is ready to find his forever family. He might be a little shy at first, but give him a moment, and he’ll warm right up and be your new best bud! Beau loves hanging out with other dogs and is working hard on his potty training. He’s sweet, he’s smart, and he’s ready for forever! FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping. For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics. To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.

Story
Hi there, I'm Riley and I am Rosie's brother. I am a one year old wire haired terrier around 40 lbs. I am a sweet boy who is good with the peoples of all sizes and with other dogs when I get the chance for a proper introduction. I don't have any experience with those cat things, but being a Terrier mix, I might not be the best fit. I can be a little shy at first but I warm up quickly and then you and I will be fast friends. My sister and I were pulled from the streets and so she is a little needy of her "big" brother so if you would love double the fun we would really like to stay together. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
We'll also keep you updated on Rosie's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Hi, I'm Rosie and I see you have already read about my brother Riley. I am a one year old wire haired terrier mix, around 40 lbs. I am a sweet girl who loves everyone, although neither my brother nor I have any cat experience. I am a bit shy and I do love to have my "big" brother around so would love to go to a home with him if at all possible. Just think - double the love and fun! I am sure he said that we came from the streets so there are lots of new skills we are still learning but both of us are super sweet and are so excited to find this thing they call a "home". *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. Story
Meet SOCKS! 🐾 Just absolutely adorable. We have a male and female very similar and siblings. These two will steal your heart and run off with it. They have the bubbliest of personalities and just loved to be held. They will brighten up even the darkest of days. Winter is coming and everyone needs a snuggle bunny to chill out on the couch with. SOCKS is waiting on you! 🏡 They are approx. 7 wks old, full of energy and life and ready to shower you with lots of cuddles. Might one of these be your new best friend? 💖 Personality: SOCKS is every bit of typical puppy, goofy and playful. They can definitely wear themselves out playing and rough housing until they crash for long puppy naps. Both are great with all people and other dogs and would do great in a home where someone has time and patience to teach them all kinds of social skills and tricks. SOCKS is going to be great family companion and they are ready to be welcomed into your heart and home! 🏡 Ideal Home: SOCKS would do great in a family that has space to roam and explore, and maybe even another doggy sibling to make friends with. She would also be fine as a single pup. If you looking for a life long companion and friend this little doll is perfect for you. If you’re ready to give SOCKS a lifetime of belly rubs, treats, and a cozy bed, please reach out! Let’s find these sweet pups their forever home they deserve. 🐶💕 Once adopted Socks will travel via the Rescue Transport to their new family. They travel each and every weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the north east, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. If you would like to make one of these cuties part of your family please follow the link below to our adoption application. Our turnaround time is typically less than 24 hours so please be prepared before you submit your application. https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9
