TAHITI NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!   Come meet Tahiti and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (Nov. 17th) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Falls Church (6100 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044)!   Name: Tahiti     Best Guess for Breed: Whippet and shepherd mix Best Guess for Age:   1.5 years as of November 2024       SEX:    Female   Approximate Weight:   30 lbs   Gets Along With:    Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids or cats but she can be tested if you have them   Currently Living at:   Shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to escape!   Tahiti is Looking For:   First off, she wants to clarify that she has not yet been to that tropical paradise for which she is named. Indeed, she has not yet seen nearly enough of the world and would like to start by getting her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures they can dream up - but no, that does not include a 16-hour flight in cargo from DC to French Polynesia.She's up for quality kibble and a cushy dog bed too but above all, she just wants to be safe and loved and under her own roof. She promises lots of adoring gazes and happy tail wags - and loyal companionship -fot all her days. What do you say? Is this sweetie the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:  We will update this once she has arrived in the DC area and spent some time with her foster Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
