Story
We got Apple as a puppy and she is now 2 years old. She is smart and sweet and very affectionate. My wife and I both work long hours and we dont have children and we can see that Apple is not getting the amount of attention and stimulation that she wants. She loves people and other dogs and would be happiest in a larger household with more action and ideally children or other dogs. Apple is gentle with kids and likes to snuggle with everyone. Apple loves toys, tug-o-war and chasing a ball. At the dog park she is the fastest dog and enjoys getting other dogs to chase her. Watching Apple run is inspiring, all she needs is a large field or a beach and she will put on a zoomie show. Like all sight hounds Apple does have prey drive and she will chase small animals especially squirrels and rabbits. Apple knows how to come, stay, sit, down, shake and spin. We love Apple but we can see that our home is not optimal for her and we hope to find a place where she can thrive.

He will need someone that will be home most of the time. He has learned how to stay in a crate but is not happy about it. He does sleep in a crate at night and usually does well. He also identifies as a cat and loves to climb so he can see everything that goes on. He will get things off the counter if left alone. I didn't have a very good start in life and as a result have some separation anxiety but we have been working really hard and I'm really doing so much better. But my ideal home would be where my person works from home. I'm a youngster yet of around a year old and come in at the top end of the small category of about 25lbs. That is a pawsomely perfect size for...everything! Neighborhood strolls, nature hikes, co-piloting errand runs, supervising yardwork, you name it, I'm just right for the job at hand!! Meet June! She is a very active and affectionate dog, she loves to go for a walk on a leash and discover new places, she is usually invaded when she meets a new dog, and she jumps on people with tremendous joy, she is very sociable and obedient, but when she plays she usually behaves like puppy, he loves balls, cloth toys, rope toys, and he really likes to play with puppies. She was abandoned the day she had her 12 puppies, the "owner" went to throw the babies on the hill while June desperately looked for them where she thought her home was, the person who asked us for support to give her shelter and care told us that She went for her puppies, and they were in a box, under the sun, and there were 4 dead puppies in a bag, together with her 8 brothers, the girl took them down to her house so that June was with them, but when we arrived by they only had 5 puppies alive since he brought them back up the hill. June is currently healthy, happy, and chubby. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.
