Story
Candy was adopted from a Salvadorian non-profit organization along with her sister Bella. Candy and her sister have had issues getting along. However, Candy has been boarded with other dogs with no issues at all. We believe this is truly a sister rivalry issue, since we have never had any problems with Candy fighting with any other dogs while boarding. Candy is sweet, shy, loves to sleep, loves long walks, and is great with kids. We are looking for a loving home for Candy where she would preferably be the only dog so she gets all the love and attention to herself. Candy looks like a whippet, however, she is a rescued dog and not a pure breed.

Kaipo obviously had puppy training classes as he knows his basics He LOVES to play Ball ⚽️ Fetch and he’s very good at it. Brings back the ball well. Drops it and can go for quite away. Walks well on a lead. Listens very well. pleasant dog. He is slowly accepting more and more love. And offering up his tummy for tummy rubs. He has shown some resource guarding, which we are working on with him. He would do best as an only dog, as he is very insecure with other dogs, and gets grumpy around some of them. He would do great with someone who lives an active lifestyle, and then wants a T.V watching buddy. He is neutered, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.

If you would like to reserve this doggie and have us bring them to the event of your choice for you to meet first, you can do so by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50 to our Venmo or Zelle account (619-918 2142 in the name of Amazing Dogs; pls indicate your telephone number). This deposit will go towards the adoption fee. After receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation and list the doggie on our website as ‘Pending Adoption’. If you decide not to adopt one of our Amazing Dogs, the $50 is considered a compensation for the transportation costs. All our doggies come with their health record and have received all necessary medical care, which includes (but is not limited to) all vaccines, de-wormer, anti-flea/tick medication, microchip and of course spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fee is $500. Only in California, the fee for babies under a year old is $600. Please consider this not as a price you pay for the doggie, but as a (tax-deductible) donation to our charity, so we can continue our work and take care of the 250+ dogs in our shelter.
