This boy had such a rough start, his owner died, and he end up at a kill shelter for 300 days. It’s a miracle he was still alive when we got him he is such a lover, and so calm. He is house and crate trained so you can let him sleep while you're at work. great with dogs and kids, he is the perfect easy family dog. Sammy's favorite past-time activity is playing fetch and will do anything for a tennis ball. All he wants is to have a calm house where he can play with his forever parents. She is house-trained and accustomed to the company of humans and other dogs. China is very sweet and loving, enjoys being on your lap and snuggling. I was found as a stray until Love Connection stepped in and saved me. A little about my history. Unfortunately, I was forced to be a young mother and sadly I wasn't treated kindly as I am a bit timid and shy when you first meet me. But despite that, will you please let me show you that I do not have a mean bone in my body? I get along great with other dogs and even cats too! I haven't been able to have much experience with children yet so it is recommended that I get to live in a home with children 10 and older. I enjoy going for walks and I do very well on a leash! I love to play with toys! And when I'm very comfortable, I even love to enjoy snuggle time with my humans. Lastly, I will need an adopter who would be willing to put in the time, love, and patience into building that special bond with me and a home that is relatively calm! Mojito is all sugar! I began fostering him since a Thanksgiving 2023 family trip to the beach in Mexico. The shelter in Mexico mistakenly thought he was deaf and partially blind, but that was just because he had never been socialized in a home. In the four months I have rehabbed him, his hearing has "miraculously" been restored since he knows the sounds of the garage door opening and the crackling of a bag of dog treats. :) He is the sweetest, most docile, and passive; he will be the beta to any existing alpha in the house. He is great with my five-year-old son and all young children, is a tender playmate to our two cats, and is eager to make dog friends once he understands that the new dogs are kind too (he hesitates at first with new dogs but then always warms up quickly). He is house-trained, comes when called, is crate-trained, and rides in the car easily. I hike with him on South Mountain at least once per week. He needs sensitive-stomach formula dog food. Overall, he is a lovely.

**courtesy post** Meet Bubby! My grandmother passed away and this is her beloved little guy now in need of a new home. He can only go to the best home ever because he is so precious and so loved by all of us! I promised her I would make sure he was safe and loved! His favorite thing in the world is cuddling with you. He's dog, cat and people friendly! I would say older respectful kids are best. He is house trained but may occasionally lift his leg in a new environment. Bubby was attacked by another dog and lost an eye years ago. They were able to save the other eye but he has minimal vision in that eye so he is mostly blind. He will need a home with no pool as he could easily fall in and drown. He is the happiest guy that just wants to be loved 😊 He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
