Age: 9 yearsA little bit about Rue:-Kids: History of living with older teenagers but no history with young children. Though all interactions should be supervised by an adult.-Cats/Small Animals: History of living with rabbits but has history of wanting to chase small wildlife outside of the home.-Dogs: History of dog reactivity. Recommending only dog in home.Say hello to little miss Rue! This adorable lady came to us through no fault of her own and is now looking for her forever family and a fresh start to life! Rue is happiest when around her people and loves a good play session get get all of her energy out! She can get quite excited, so a home that is ok with hey getting hyper when she is is play-mode is ideal. Rue also has some reactivity towards other dogs and is not a fan of being around them, so she would love to be the only dog in the home to keep her as happy and stress-free as possible! Rue has some medical concerns that her new home would need to be willing to manage and get regular care for, such as her skin allergies and previously had some dental disease that her new family will need to monitor and ensure they are taking good care of her lil chompers! Introducing the sleek lean (and stunning!) Jimmina. She is a one year old lab x whippet who weighs in at 31 lbs and looks like a leaner smaller version of a lab. She has a lovely temperament with joy in her stride. She is very friendly with people. She is good with other dogs and enjoys playtime with her friends, though naturally is scared of the territorial dogs outside the shelter who come out with menace. Jimmina is also good with cats. She will wow you with her speedy zoomies, only to run back to your feet for cuddles. She’d be a great adventure dog, but also very calm and quiet at home. She is smart, and eager to please. She is medium energy and a quiet girl who asks for little outside of some snuggles. Her youth and loving heart belongs with a loving family of her very own.
