Story
Have you ever made a bad first impression?? Did you wish someone would give you a second ( or 3rd) chance to make a better first impression?? Well, meet Muppie who is the cutest little 27 lb critter you’ve ever met & he makes the worst first impression.  Muppie is 6 years old & lived with an elderly owner who passed away. The family could not keep him & took him to a high kill shelter.  Muppie is a sweetie once you get to know him. He is great on a leash, is great with dogs & cats but the first few times you try to put him in a crate he shows his a**.  It’s all a big show but his first impression definitely does not show his best side!  Muppie needs a forever home who is willing to take the time to get to know him & gain his trust. Once that happens you will have the best little friend you could wish for!!  Willing to be patient?? Apply to adopt Muppie!! Your patience will be worth it!! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
