Meet the timid boy Milo🩵 When he was staying at Korean City Shelter, he always had a sad face and stayed in a corner most of time. Due to Milo being scared, when people came toward him, Milo always rushed to the corner to hide himself. Because of that, Adogs rescued Milo before his fear and stress got worsened. Milo is still scared of the world, has a hard time making eye contact and won’t come to volunteers. *Milo is scared of people and has cautious nipping. His nipping is not related to aggression but due to his fear and anxiety.💦 Since there are many dogs staying at Adogs Center it’s hard for Milo to feel relaxed and needs more time.😢 *In spacious area when a person approaches him, Milo runs away to the corner and avoids the human hand. *At this point, Milo is learning “Touch” training with volunteers!🥰 Fighting Milo!💪 *Has no particular interest in other doggy friends at the Center. Will not approach to greet other dogs and stay and lie down in the corner most of time.😂 *Milo is a quiet and calm pup who doesn’t bark at all. **Can nip due to being cautious. Adogs Center workers are constantly trying to bond with him, so he has improved a lot. Looking for a forever family to train on nipping and desensitization.** 💙 Health issues: Heartworm treatment done. (Will be retested in January 2024)

Lucky for me; I was rescued by a wonderful rescue organization, and now I am being taken care of by a super foster family. They can tell you that I love to cuddle and chill, I’m very good with kids, I’m house-trained, and I love my walks and behave perfectly. I’m okay with being around other dogs, but I’m happy to just be around my human friends. I would be so happy to find my forever home, so I could give you all the love I have in me! Introducing Millie! Millie came to us when her owner became incapacitated. She is about 2 years old and resembles a Westie, but we are guessing on her breed. She came to us very underweight, but has since gained and now weighs about 10 pounds. She is such a happy girl. She walks briskly on the leash and is crate trained. Millie is potty pad trained but will need reinforcement on her house training. Millie gets along with other dogs and would do best in a home with a yard. Smart, confident, and always entertaining at play, the adorable West Highland White Terrier (Westie, for short) has charmed owners for over 300 years. This diminutive but sturdy earthdog is among the most popular of the small terriers. Standing 10 to 11 inches at the shoulder, with dark piercing eyes, compact body, and a carrot-shaped tail wagging with delight, the Westie's looks are irresistible. Beneath the plush-toy exterior, though, is a true working terrier of gameness and courage. Bred to hunt rats and other underground rodents, Westies are surprisingly strong and tough. The all-white double coat is hard to the touch, not soft and fluffy. Alert and active, Westies exhibit traits of a plucky and self-reliant ratting terrier: They require no pampering, they will chase after anything that moves, and their independence can make training a challenge. But, thanks to their faithfulness and keen intelligence, Westies will train nicely with time and patience. Be ready to adopt.
