Huckleberry has been such a love in our home. We are a big family (2 parents, 5 children) and he came to us in early 2020. He is a rescue and the family fell in love with him. 5 years old, active and energetic He is lovable to his family and has never been a problem with us He is house broken, sleeps in a crate when everyone goes to bed, will beg for food at dinner because my children have spoiled him around the dinner table, will snuggle with the adults at night while watching TV, and is a great listener. Goes on walks with me in woods without a leash but will stop easily to put a leash on him if another dog is in the woods and it looks like their owner might be happier if they are leashed Plays well with most dogs His issue is he is very protective of his house. He has bitten multiple visitors and we have so many people coming in and out that is very concerning (small bites on the leg or hand) Needs a quieter home with experienced owners who can keep him active

Amy had a rough start in life—she was born on November 30, 2024, on the streets of San Antonio, alongside her eight siblings. Her feral mother had been surviving on her own for quite some time, raising multiple litters on the streets. Thankfully, with the help of Amy and her siblings, we were able to gain her mother’s trust and bring them all to safety. Now, Amy is thriving! She is a playful, sweet, and loving puppy who adores people. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a few minutes, and she’ll be bouncing around, ready to play! As of February 26, 2025, she weighs 11.6 pounds, but she’s expected to grow to around 45 pounds. Amy is ready to find her forever home!
