*Name: Nadia  *Age: D.O.B. Approx 2/25/24 *Current Weight: 15lbs *Rescued from: Texas  *Adoption fee: $550  (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) Hello, future family! My name is Nadia, and I'm a sweet 6-month-old pup with a heart as big as my smile. I came into the world and was adopted from the shelter when I was just a baby. Unfortunately, my first adventure was a bit of a rollercoaster—after ingesting rat poison, I was returned and spent a week in the hospital getting fluids. But guess what? I’m a little warrior and fully recovered, ready to bring joy and love into a new home! Here’s a bit about me: Social Butterfly: I love everyone I meet—humans, dogs, cats, pigs, and even parrots! I get along with all kinds of creatures and am always eager to make new friends. Playful and Loving: I’m full of energy and enthusiasm. Whether it's chasing after a toy or snuggling on the couch, I’m always up for a good time. Healthy and Happy: I’m in great health now and ready to live a long, happy life with my new family. I’m fully recovered and raring to go! I am UTD on vaccines, crate trained and working on my house training! If you're looking for a loving, friendly, and adaptable pup who will fill your life with happiness and fun, I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to find my forever home where I’ll be showered with love and adventure. With tail wags and puppy kisses, Nadia IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled. To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR FAQs  ##2144523##

If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants. The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.October 16, 2024, 11:27 am

Now safe in a foster home, Reecie has settled in beautifully and gets along great with her foster siblings. Weighing only 28 pounds, we don’t think she’s going to be too big.
