Meet Melon, a sweet Turkish Van mix kitten with a gentle spirit. She and her foster brother were rescued together from a rural Virginia shelter. When they first arrived, both were sick and fragile, but with care and patience they were nursed back to health. Now they are thriving, playful, and ready to find a forever home together. Melon is curious and affectionate, always eager to explore and then curl up for a nap. Her foster brother is her constant companion, and the two share a strong bond. They wrestle, chase toys, and then settle down side by side, showing just how inseparable they are. Why adopt kittens together They learn important social skills from each other, making them more confident and well adjusted. They keep each other entertained, which helps reduce boredom and mischief. Meet Dolly and Patsy, all about 8 weeks old, as of October 20th.. Dolly came from a Locust Grove backyard at just 3 to 4 weeks old when the Good Samaritan accidentally found her and her siblings in a brushpile, right before he was ready to light it on fire. He never knew they were there, but when one ran out, he stopped immediately, brought them inside, and contacted us. Little Patsy was found frightened, and all alone under a truck at a grocery store and was raised with Dolly and her siblings (siblings adopted now).Dolly is a gorgeous torbi with colors of gray, and peach and orange tones. Dolly is also independent and outgoing. She also loves to be playful and explore, and cuddle. Little Patsy is perhaps the shyest of the bunch. She is primarily white with black and tan and some stripes, She is a tabbico. Patsy startles at loud noises and, although timid, is very people oriented and a bug snuggler. These babies will need quiet, low activity homes with either no children or children over 11 years old and both will need to be adopted with another kitten. Please note preference goes to people  adopting more than one kitten.Both are/will be dewormed, receive 2 FVRCP vaccines, a rabies vaccine, be spayed/neutered, combo tested, and microchipped with a lifetime registration.No need to register and pay money every year, we've done it for you!
