Story
Special needs cat. Princess is a beautiful all white cat with pale green eyes. She is very sweet. Princess had a unusual intestinal parasite which we have treated, however it has left her with irritable bowel syndrome. She will need extra vet care for the rest of her life. But don't miss out on this very friendly would be companion. Her symptoms have subsided and she just needs special food. So she can only be adopted to somebody who's willing to have that added expense of the special food and taking her to the vet if needed. Right now her irritable bowel syndrome is being treated with steroids which we mix in her food. Frequent vet visits will allow for the order to update the prescription and to get the dosage correct. She has been seen by Fayetteville animal hospital vet so we're hoping that she'll continue to be able to be seen by them since they understand her history. Story
This is my older brother cat. He asked me to keep her until he found a place to live. That request was November 2023. And here we are today, Mya is still with me. I am not suppose to have pets but I kept her hoping my brother was able to come back for her. He is not able to come back for her and I would hate to put her in a shelter waiting for a home. She is a very nice cat. She's quiet and I have had no issues with her. I just don't have the time or money to continue to care for her. I am hoping to find her a home from my home as soon as possible. Someone who loves cats and can give her the attention she deserves. Shes a very sweet cat. Just the right amount of playful and just the right amount of chill. If that makes sense. 😄 She is not an outside cat. The farthest she will go outside is the balcony and will sit at the front door when it is open. I do think if there's a yard with a fence she will go outside. Curious cat, but never over extends her curiosity.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bosik is a big lovable guy and just needs yummy canned food and a nice, warm bed to be a happy kitty.  He has a cool cropped tail that is black and a cool contrast to his gorgeous white body.  Bosik will give you lots of love and head bumps.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please note: All CatRangers cats and kittens are spayed or neutered as a part of their adoption package, which also includes testing for feline aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (Felv), age appropriate vaccines, flea and other parasite treatments and a microchip. If you adopt a young kitten that is not old enough for surgery, we will schedule a surgery appointment after the adoption. Special breed descriptions listed in our kitty¹s profiles are based on information we have about their other family members when available, as well as traits that match those breeds. Most of our cats and kittens are mixed breeds unless specified otherwise. How our Adoption Process Works: We take loving care to help match the right kitty with the right family.  1. Ideally identify a couple of kitty candidates on our website, use the advanced search capability to find what you need.  You can also tell our team what you are looking for and they will help with suggestions.  If you are seeing our kitties on an adoption website you may want to pop on over to www.catrangers.org where we often have even more pictures. 2. Fill out an application online at catrangers.org. Once we have an application our adoption team can work with you to arrange appointments for either virtual or in person meetings with candidate kitties.  Kittens are kept in foster homes to make sure they are being properly socialized.  Visits may be virtual, at foster's home or at the CatRangers Center in Buford. 3. Our adoption team conducts a brief phone call with you and later, a virtual home visit, to make sure you are fully prepared for your new kitty. Our team also checks with your vet and personal references.   (We really want to you and our kitty to have the very best chance for a lifetime of loving success.) 4. Once application is approved and adoption fee is paid, we reserve the kitty you have selected. The adoption fee includes all vaccines up to the time of adoption. Kitties have been Felv/FIV tested, treated for fleas and parasites, and have been microchipped. Your adoption fee includes a spay/neuter if your selected kitty has not already been altered. Some kitties are very popular and you need to move quickly to select those you are interested in and get through the process for your first choice as a furever friend. However, please do be patient with our volunteer team. And while you are on our website, if you are interested in volunteering or fostering, please fill out applications!
