Story
Kahlua is a very sweet, fun girl! Like your typical kitten, she loves to play. She is a friendly girl who enjoys a cuddle but is usually on the move, chasing a toy. She gets along with other cats but hasn't met dogs yet. She is young enough to adjust to a dog in the home though. Kahlua was born approx. mid September. She has been given her first vaccines, FelV and FIV tested (negative) and has been dewormed but she will need to return to get spayed. Therefore, we are only looking for local adopters (southern California). If you're interested in meeting this pretty girl, please submit an adoption application on our website at www.dominoeffectanimalrescue.orgNovember 28, 2024, 4:46 pm

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! YAZHU and what we believe are his siblings were saved from a really rough neighborhood in LA County. This wonderful group that helps out people in that area do TNR (Trap - Neuter - Return) saved them. So the adults were all TNRed and the kittens were sent to rescues. We took on YAZHU and his siblings (YING - YANG - YISRAEL - YAWEN). YAZHU has been ready for his FUREVER home for a long time. Meet YAZHU, a cat with a personality that is as varied as it is endearing. Independent and brave, he is a feline who thrives on his own, yet is always ready for a game of chase. His smart and mellow nature makes him an excellent companion for quiet evenings. Despite his shy and timid demeanor, YAZHU has a sweet, curious, and goofy side that shines through once he warms up to you. He's known to be a bit skittish, but his love for treats always wins out. YAZHU is not just funny and playful, but he also brings joy and laughter to everyone around him. If you're looking for a cat who is full of surprises and will keep you on your toes, YAZHU is the one. His unique personality and love for life make him the perfect addition to any home looking for a little extra love and laughter. YAHZU absolutely has the personality of a Turkish Van cat. His personality is best described as energetic, playful and fun-loving. Turkish Vans like to be cuddled and held on their own terms, though not for long periods of time. But YAHZU does come look for pets. And he is totally treat motivated! YAZHU is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TURKISH VAN MIX. He has a black spot on his nose, black on his ears and a black tail. He is 4 years and 3 months old He has never been around small children. In the rescue he has been exposed to dogs and he is quite curious about them. He absolutely loves all cats! Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. That said, it’s not uncommon for cats to live into their late teens or twenties. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. CASION and CASSIE were living in really bad area of Torrance, CA. The independent rescuer was asked to help get the local strays fixed and save these 2 teenagers. We were more than happy to help! These poor little guys were so malnourished, sick and scared. So once there was space at our rescue, we picked them up! Meet CASION, a young, sweet, and independent soul. His curious nature leads him to explore every nook and cranny, while his goofy side keeps everyone around him amused. Gentle and mellow, CASION also has a funny streak that will leave you chuckling. He's smart, playful, and brave, yet retains a shy side that makes him all the more endearing. His favorite thing in the world? Can food! He can't resist it. CASION's diverse personality traits make him a wonderful companion. His independence means he's content on his own, but his playful and loving side means he'll always be there when you need a friend. Adopt CASION and let his sweet, goofy charm brighten your everyday life. We would love to see CASION go home with his sister CASSIE. They are not bonded. But they have lived together all their lives. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! ALLY and her 4 siblings (REESE - SCOUT - HAMMY - FRANKY) were saved from the shelter. Actually FRANKY was saved from a different situation, but was adopted by his foster siblings quite quickly. We were notified by the shelter about ALLY and her siblings that the kittens were sick and were gonna be euthanized. Meet ALLY, a charming domestic shorthair whose coat is a delightful black-and-white cow print pattern that makes her as unique as her personality. ALLY is a quiet and gentle soul with a knack for bringing calm and comfort to those around her. If you're seeking a feline friend with the potential to be an emotional support animal, ALLY might just be the perfect match for you. While she may be a little shy at first, ALLY’s sweetness shines through once she feels safe and secure. She has a playful side that emerges in quiet moments, chasing after feather toys or pouncing on a ball with a graceful determination. But her favorite pastimes? Snuggling close, soaking up affection, and being carried like the cherished companion she is. There’s nothing ALLY loves more than warm hugs and the soft rhythm of a gentle voice reassuring her. ALLY thrives in the company of older, more mature cats who share her calm demeanor and can match her gentle energy. She’s not one for rambunctious kitten antics, but she deeply appreciates the quiet companionship of other feline friends who understand the beauty of a relaxed, easygoing day. Her tender nature makes her a wonderful fit for a caregiver who values peaceful moments and loves to shower their furry friends with affection. With her loving personality and soothing presence, ALLY is more than just a cat—she’s a calming force and a potential source of joy and serenity for the right family. She’s ready to be your cuddle partner, your quiet confidant, and your forever friend. Are you ready to carry ALLY into your life and let her loving purrs fill your home? If you think this special girl is the companion you've been waiting for, apply on our website: Workinwhiskers.com.
