Mavi was found abandoned at just 2 days old. He was bottle fed and turned out to be a gorgeous unique cat. Two different colored eyes- blue and green. This sweet girl was in a bad situation, her owners said that she was too hyper for them and they kicked her out of the house. A very kind lady took her in and then got her to us. She is not hyper, she is a super sweet, energetic fun kitten. She loves to play with the other cats. She does like to be pet and enjoys being around us. Understandably she can be shy and isn’t comfortable yet with being picked up. We adore her and are looking for her forever home

YAZHU and what we believe are his siblings were saved from a really rough neighborhood in LA County. This wonderful group that helps out people in that area do TNR (Trap - Neuter - Return) saved them. So the adults were all TNRed and the kittens were sent to rescues. We took on YAZHU and his siblings (YING - YANG - YISRAEL - YAWEN). YAZHU has been ready for his FUREVER home for a long time. Meet YAZHU, a cat with a personality that is as varied as it is endearing. Independent and brave, he is a feline who thrives on his own, yet is always ready for a game of chase. She had surgery requiring a pin in her leg, followed by lots of cage rest & now is completely healed. She has scarring on her eyes due to an old infection as a baby kitten. She is healed now but the scarring makes her vision impaired. We think she can only see colors & shapes. She needs a slow opportunity to settle into a new space and she will be always nervous when she goes somewhere new because she cannot see. So she’s looking for an adopter who can take great care of her & allow her time to warm up slowly. Once she warms up she is extremely affectionate. She needs restrictions in her new home to keep her safe. High stairs or railings could be dangerous for her so they would need to be blocked off. Lower cat trees would also be a good idea instead of really high ones. We don’t want her to fall off or fall down high stairs or places. Jelly is a lap cat. She purrs a lot, loves attention and being petted, plays with her toys, loves to eat, and allows her foster Mom to pick her up and hold her. She’s a sweetheart. Her foster Mom reports: She voluntarily climbs into my lap, purring. And she’s the easiest cat to care for!
