Story
My siblings and I are ready to find our furever homes!Dannie had some areas of hair loss upon arrival that turned out to be ringworm, and he is currently receiving treatment. Ringworm is actually not a worm at all, but instead it`s a fungal skin infection similar to athlete`s foot. He will need to be bathed twice weekly in a medicated solution until the infection has cleared. THS will provide the bathing solution for the remainder of treatment. Want to hear the best news? The adoption fee has been WAIVED for his new family! Ringworm can be contagious to people or other animals, but our adoption counselors will give you tips for housing, handling, and care to minimize the risk of spread to family members or other pets at home.Stop by and meet us today!
